Nice to see that developers with 7 years of experience and all that can't really market themselves. One guy posts a design of an exchange (but it's a HYIP site design with dividends from mining wow) and another just lists exchange way down below services like ICO whitepaper design.

All that knowledge and experience and people can't get to the point. Can someone actually show a demonstrable platform that shows us what you can do for an exchange? Show me what freelance programmers can do.

Building a crypto currency exchange require a huge responsible but if you know the story everything it will require it will be easy for you and you need to be careful in choosing who you work with. However, early in the crypto currency stage there are some open source code which people used then I mean Peatio (https://github.com/peatio/peatio), RubyKube (https://github.com/rubykube), 3s3s (https://github.com/3s3s/opentrade) etc. You can googling the name for more information.

I thought about open source but i worry about security. I think Peatio look like good but to developt it i need a team with more work php,html,css,js,linux,sql,dos,C ... so on

But this is exactly what I pointed out in my earlier post. Your very first "design" you demonstrated is a ponzi/hyip site: Bitland. Secondly, even your other sites are merely showing designs, not an actual working exchange demo (not from what I can see). A portfolio with testimonials is great, but you haven't actually said a single thing about what kind of exchange you can build. And we're not talking about design here! All you've said is cex/dex, and second-last listed among skills. What language? What database? What capacities?

Maybe my point's lost after all, or my thinking about how people should be applying for work is severely outdated!

Building an exchange platform is not an easy task to do, especially when it comes to the security part, a lot of exchange has been hacked and people lost a lot of money. You have two options either work with a big team each with an expertise in a specific domain or with with a killing team of few people who are polyvalent in case you are interested in the second option drop us a PM and i will get back to you. Non of the offers are valid though... Every singe one is shitty single indian freelancer or scammer trying to take money. What annoys me the most is they think everyone is stupid...

Expect these scammers to pop-out somewhere and telling their fake portfolio or experiences believing that they can able to scam out for those who do seek for people.

A standard build is completed in 6 weeks or less. However, my developers are very good at what they do and can accommodate any customization that you need.

Take a look at https://www.prolitus.com/exchange-development or https://antiersolutions.com/. You might also want to contact freelancers from platforms such as upwork or bitcoin freelance platforms such as Cryptogrind or XBTFreelancer. Good luck.

I would never recommend freelancers for a job this serious. Also, Prolitus' software doesn't look promising. Their Tradindview chart in the screenshot says 'Apple' meaning it's the widget, not a real integration.

Antier actually distributes the same software we do, so I can't say anything bad there.  ;)

We do have a better trading engine though. We upgraded the default trading engine which Antier is using. Theirs is Ruby based our uses Rust which is MUCH faster.

First things first, how are your idea of a cryptocurrency exchange will be any different? Would there be new features or lower cut rate for withdrawing? Can your site offer market analytics?
