This is some information I managed to pull from their FAQ section: Quote I have transferred BTC from my BTC wallet to my Koinex BCH wallet. This is an invalid transaction. There are clear instructions on the deposit page, that you must not transfer anything apart from BTC to a BCH wallet. Send them the the transaction hash and explain the problem. Edit: I just realised there is also an exchange called Koineks, Turkish one, probably that is the one you have problems with, sorry for the confusion. Like they said, koineks is the only one that can help you to recover your coins. If you don't mind, how much BCH you sent wrongly? All possible ways have been given above. Sending out email to destek@koineks.com might help. All you do need is to wait up and have a little patience waiting for their reply or updates regarding on your issue. |
