i want find ICO with pottential, but i want ICO with 10-20 MLN$ max CAP. becouse for future  Pumps - low cap = max chance for high pumps. if project will good, CAP is nothing ! ! !

ICO fever is over.. there are some good ICOs out there, but we wont see the same we saw during 2017.. this ICO enthusiasm made ETH reach around 1400$.. wish we can see this again in the future, but i strongly doubt it with this bearish market :(

Don't invest in ICOs at this point. The market for them has nosedived. If you find a project that looks promising then 95% of the time or more it will be at a much lower price after the ICO. Hold your horses and save your precious pennies.

You have already been disappointed with the answers :). If you are not a trader, now is the right time for a crypto vacation. Now buying something may not be profitable not only according to ICO, but also on the market. Only when it becomes clear that the bull trend is gaining momentum is it time to look for assets to buy.

we are only 5 days in January, I highly doubt there is enough ICO launched, even if you stretched the time frame to the past couple of months the answer will probably be none, there are no eye-catching projects at the moment in Cryptospace, the only projects that I can recommend are already ended or close to end.

Well there are a few icos around that seem good to me, i will simply put their names below but before investing you should do your own due diligence and research as im not advising anyone to invest but i do think these are better projects at the moment.
1) Ironfx - ICO ending around 15th january.
2) Aidus - ICO will end by the end of january.
3) MiracleTele - ICO is onhoing and will remain open till few more months.
4) Boltoncoin - Unique security token project managed by professional fund management team ICO will end in April.
There a few more good ones but everyone has his own choice so you must analyse each project yourself.

As for the others in the thread - be greedy when others are fearful. Some of the ICO-s of today will bring you much better results than the ICO-s of 2017 did.
Which is why I'm going back to researching them.

I don't have an ICO to share, most of them stop their projects or delayed as the market wasn't favorable to them. If you still insists to go with ICOs you need to be more observant as there are projects that are into collections only but no real application or even don't want to list their coin to an exchange.
If those projects (STO) sees good share of ads with bounties they may use airdrops and campaigns to advertise.

my best piece of advice for the OP, please do your own research before investing in any of those suggested ICOs. you should do your own assessment, read the background, their current financial status, the authenticity of the information and other significant details of the project. they can always give their list but in the end, it's your money at risk. take a look at those projects but do your own evaluation.

I am waiting for eloncity ICO. They had planned ICO in September but they had delayed until now. Private sale they sold 25 million USD and hardcap was 33 million USD. Maybe this is a great project and will definitely succeed if they organize public sale in January

I have some favourites ICO for the January but sorry they all will not fulfil your Quarteira! My favourites ICOs are Ironix, Terawatt, Athero! Terawatt raised 10M USD and their hard cap is 11.5M, so you can research about it. I like these projects because they have a good team and I like their vision. Before choose, any ICO, do the research yourself. We are in the bearish market, so think twice before choosing any ICO. Good Luck.

there is a very good ICO supported by binance and coming in near future and it called Bit torrent, bit torrent is a big website and I have downloaded from torrent before, I think that is a huge ICO .

as usual, you should first of all refer to rating sites to find out more interesting company ico. But in any case, you need to analyze all available information yourself. Although so many of the empty projects that the results of the company's ico generally contradict the result of the analysis.

It is hard to find a good ICO now because the developers are too scared to start one in a bear market. They won't find many investors and will be forced to delay their project until the market recovers

It is quite difficult to invest in ico. I'm reviewing bounty campaigns before going on to invest in ico, and if the campaign is successfully running, ico can be successful. Of course, there are also icos that do not make bounty campaigns :)

I’m also not looking for any ICO right now because the market are still down and its too risky to invest on any ICO even if you are running a good bounty campaign it is still not guaranteed to have profit. I’ll wait for more pump in the market, and hopefully ICO will also be grow so more investors will come.

Theres some of have a good project but we cant say at this moment if ICO will be more popular because of the bear market,they suffering too but in the other hand it's good to buy because its affordable but on the good ICO or project that have a potential in the future.

All tokens that aren't sold during the ICO will be burned.  And there's currently only about 1 million sold, so it's likely the market cap will be super low initially.  Also even if the token doesn't pump, investors will still regularly get paid from the profit share.  So you can hold the token forever and still be paid regularly.

well, maybe the bountyhive bounty is one of the best bounties for earlier this year. well, bounty hara is indeed quite interesting, but this project ended long enough. well, besides that, we can't conclude the best ICO because until now, I think a lot of ICO have sprung up.

In this January the best ICO I think would be the Ethereum Classic Vision which is the result of Ethereum blockchain hard-fork. There are numerous participation in this ICO because of popularity and use ability of Ethereum network. The another two I suggest you is BillionApp and Cryptune.

I think the market is still waiting for the ICO market to regain investors confidence, so far there is no sign ICO will perform better this year then last year, if you look at the coin leading the recent charge in price, they are the old boys in the space, last year hurt investors alot even the big boys, so I am waiting to see how the first half the year goes before deciding on any project

I have been supporting sovren and pretty positive about it because it has reached already its quota and the best thing is that yiu can sense the community has a good support where investors were chatting in the community. I would suggest you not to invest in ICOs as you will have to wait till several months to get tokens listed on the exchange & also ICOs are delaying their listing on exchange due to bear market. Its better to participate in Initial Exchange Offering (IEO), in recent months there were several ICOs which collected their funds with IEO like Temco blockchain, FIIICoin on exchanges like coinbene & coinegg. Also you can invest in already established projects like LINK, ZIL, ADA, TRX, Waves & ETH just DYOR.

A lot of icos are delaying their public sale due to the various reasons. Even temco supported by bitcoin RSK but it raised a little money compared with another legit project. Endchain should put on the promising ico in this year.

The fact is that in 2018 the market of this company was very weak and, first of all, the development of projects was hampered by a large number of scammers who frightened away potential investors. I would like to hope that in the new year this situation will change radically.

Yeah, there's a reason why they extended their ICO because the market is still not in a good position. I would suggest you to study MB8Coin, its a good project and I think its worth it to invest on that one and this March 2019 will be a good one for this coin, so try to invest.

There's none that I can think of. I agree on one statement that ICO fever is over and it is not advisable to invest during its sale as for sure after it get listed you can get as much 90% off. Take a look on Bitex: ICO price is $1 and now it is at $0.11 they didn't even reach the ico price after launch at IDAX but we will never know as I see theyre cooking something.

I put some money in Jarvis, but honestly, new tokens are so difficult to list on exchanges right now, all of them lose value after ICO.

tokens lose so much value when they get listed on an exchange for some reasons which we all here know...

1.. AIRDROPS.. this is where people of participants get free tokens for joining the community and sometimes doing 1 or 2 tasks, in as much as this is one of the effective ways to build a community, it still hurts the price of the token significantly as any one who gets sometime at no cost at all will sell it at any cost at all, be it low.

2.. BOUNTY.. Am a bounty hunter myself as well and here, people get certain amount of tokens for promoting that project on different social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, bitcointalk and so on, though this is a good way to attract investors to a project, when bounty tokens arent locked for a certain period of time before hunters be able to sell, it can destroy the project and its value in the market most especially those that do not have a working product of any kind, most bounty hunters are desperate and don't mind dumping at any price so they can move on to the next..

3.. NO PRODUCT.. No working product, I guess we are all familer with this, most projects come, promise heaven and earth in terms of technology, only to end up collecting millions in dollars, get into exchanges with nothing as a real life use case to the tokens or coins, when people see nothing to use the coins or tokens for, they dump it and move on...

ETHA is a very good project for january 2019. Also its the world’s first blockchain based remittance platform. another special thing is they have a partnership with chainlink. so i think ETHA project has a very big potential in 2019.

The fact is that teams of many project developers are doing everything to ensure that their project flourishes and therefore agrees with many trading platforms to distribute their coins. Of course, this is a big plus in the prospects of such a company.

Then I would look what Binance is offering, 2 new projects on the Binance Launchpad. One of such one is Bittorent, ICO is 28th January and hardcap is not that big.

I still have not seen or determined to invest in the back icon because indeed there are not many really good quality ico to be able to invest in the long term

you are absolutely right. I myself have for several months, even though in 2018 I have not invested in Ico. Not only because of a bad market, because too many ICO scams that make me a little afraid to invest Ico. I chose to buy some top market coins, and this I think is easier than having to choose ico.

Things will never the same again with the ICO platform all because many people lost their money investing with many bad project (and even good ones) that were later on dumped in many exchanges. And this is not to mention the so many scams which utilized ICO as the way to make good money from innocent token buyers. When you are burned, it can take a lot of convincing for you to invest again especially with a platform which has no security and accountability whatsoever. When scammers entered cryptocurrency and introduce their scams via ICOs thing took a big spiral down. Unfortunately, the whole cryptocurrency community is not doing (so far) concrete about this problem all we see are suggestions and ideas and nothing yet done and implemented strongly though am hoping STO can make it.

Before you have invest your money in ICO, "do your own research." Because in bitcointalk, there are people for shilling in many scam ico. I suggested you to look a little at the new ICO which is looking good to me is Coinware Exchange. I get it as a good project.

we do not know the best ICO this month because it is difficult to ascertain whether the project we are following has been running smoothly or not, but at this time I have participated in three projects, namely

1. Bitcoin Air (ENDED)
2. Libereum (ENDED)
3. HUBRISONE (Still Running)

There is no best ICO for nowadays because almost of them are scam. They run away with people's money. That's why project will from now come with STO and it will be popular. If you are going to stake your money with ICO, I suggest you to invest in sonata.

I have not seen any ICO that makes any sense this January. I'm still hoping on the ones I did last year and they have been disappointing. I jus hope I will make some profit on the long run when the market stabilises.

It is difficult to get ICO which will be successful when the market conditions are still red, and I only focus around 3 ICOs and bitcoin2 is the ICO that I choose is a priority. You can get information in my signature link.

The crypto market condition is still weak and getting a good ICO is very difficult. In early 2019 there were a number of ICO projects that were a scam and this certainly made many people disappointed. And many bounty hunters are currently stopping. But by 2019 we must be sure and not give up to get a good project.

You might want to check AssetSplit ICO which has a total supply of only 150,000 tokens. They say less token amount, the higher the value it will have in the future. I can't confirm it will be in the future but I would suggest you check this out and decide if you would like to invest. Thanks!

In this year ico's have lost its importance and STO has begun to gain popularity. May be more STO could strike the market this year, now it is very hard to predict the market. If there is a growth with bitcoin as well top listed coins, then ico's will progress. Until then it is good to invest on low price altcoins for a long term holding.

Market is not the best situation to start an ICO, but you should definitely have a look at eGold Mining. They are registered in the US where the SEC has very strict rules to avoid abuse. That protects investors and is in general very useful for everyone.
Their CEO is also planning to offer his tokens in a later phase to everyone, even not accredited US investors. Only disadvantage: KYC is required.

I don't think BlueNote was the best ICO project in January 2019 even this is not ICO it was Dobi Trade launchpad project. It's raised few million USD they said but still not added good exchange and still it's shit coin you can check out in dobitrade exchange current price.

I learnt that harmony is also coming up with plans to launch their project on binance, those who have successfully registered for their campaign must really be lucky as their campaign form is now closed now, although I leant that their bounty allocation is low, but at least it is better than those ICos that are scamming lots of hunters by not paying them.

Harmony will certainly pay their hunters this time around since they have been certified already by binance; I can’t really wait to invest in the project through binance IEO. I wish we can have more ICO project that will also migrate to IEO for us to fully recognize their legitimacy.

Currently some projects now have such strategies. The ICO in conjunction with the IEO will help them reduce the cost of being listed on a good exchange. currently there are some good projects that are Xcrypt, Ecomi, Pdata, ...

I've been watching the project, to carry out IEO's a good decision from the management of the project AZBIT.

Yes, even we have joined in many of the campaigns, which we didn't get paid even after they successfully raised through the ICO's. We don't know exactly what was their problems and at last, i find their main intention to cheat the bounty people and investors by scamming with the raised money. I hope we can find more secure with the IEO's.

Of course, I agree that it is IEO that is the best choice for the implementation of new projects, since investors and other participants of a project may receive certain guarantees to protect their assets.  But if we talk about ico companies, then in the beginning of 2019 there were certain companies that could have good prospects.  But since the market is still very weak, the results need to wait a little later.
