Looks like the fee is too low i think. So, probably is cryptopia fault not set the fees a bit higher, but cryptopia always set withdrawal fee to 10k satoshi so idk why this happen.What you can do its just wait it to get confirmed. But since the sender is exchange, the only thing you can do is ask miner to help or just wait it to confirm.please someone help me I already try to accelerate it too via bitcotools, but same as omega said, i don't know it will work or not.
