I have never heard of a "big" company keeping the backup servers in the same location as their primary servers, for this very reason.
Many of us lost access to our accounts. They ask us to fill is a form. But what form??. Nothing is attached to the email. And now 5 days later still no communication ??? In solidarity crypto currencies should remove themselves from this exchange. By listing with them you are damaging your brand's image. An even better idea is to have redundant servers in other locations so if there is a fire it won't effect trading. Hopefully it will be resolved amicably
