I will take your bait and be the first one to answer, offering you my HONEST opinion.

Will you return back?
Legally, if you receive money in your bank account it's incorrect to keep the value. Ethically, it's incorrect to keep it.
Yet a sum of 100 BTC is equivalent to some £300k / $400k using present BTC value.
The 'good/bad' part about Bitcoin is that it's not like a bank, therefore technically you
could keep all bitcoins.

My ethical values would push me to return back the BTCs, however by applying a different
methodology. Do you know what happens if you find a suitcase with $100k on the street and you return it?

In most countries you keep up to 10%. Therefore, I will probably enter in contact with the person (they
are more likely to be looking for me and enter in contact) and explain them about my
offer. They either gets back 90 BTCs or I will leave these bitcoins in the wallet for ever
until it reaches $20k/BTC again. When this thing happens, I will return $400k and keep the rest

I'll be honest, I'd just keep the BTC since the funds are sent anonymously :D

I think it would be impossible to identify you as owner of the address, unless you had your name on the account ( like in blockchain dot com), and probably you wouldn't be able to contact him either.
So it would be up to you, if you send him back his 100BTC or not.

It would be very cool if someone so wrong. To be honest, I would just keep them in my wallet for a while, and did nothing. I think I would not have sent back. :)

I guess it depends on what type of person did it
And it can easily be checked in conversation via small transactions with signature

If received 100 bitcoin in wallet, I will totally transfer it to my hardware wallet and I will store it a safe place. The 5% of the bitcoin that I mistakenly received will reserved as my funds in my gambling because I am gambler. But, the rest of the bitcoin will be save for my future.

If I mistakenly received 100 bitcoin I will use the half of it in investment and trading while some of bitcoin will be use in my favorite hobby which is playing in online gambling. I will instantly deposit my bitcoin in my favorite website which is cloudbet and I will play online poker overnight.

I believe this should be the right thing to do - keeping it. It could be that someone was feeling charitable about their enormous coin. But 100btc would be unrealistic. We could look at 1btc or 10btc anyway.

And suddenly this gift of fate?
You can say that again!

If he can provide proof that he owns that address to me,then i will consider returning the amount ofcourse less fees, because I don’t want that bitcoin stays on another hand or i will be sure that he is not a hacker that's why he mistakenly sent that on my wallet

Another thing is,i will decide when that situation happens lol.because 100btc is not a small amount that can change life if the recipient is greed and not good person

Of course I will kept it hahahaha. Addresses has no name associated with it so you can easily hide it yourself but using mixing services and then withdraw it if you want to. And just think of it as a gift from Satoshi.  ;D and say thanks.

But I wonder, is there any mistakenly bitcoin sent to my wallet ;D

That is very unlikely to happen, but if that happens to me, my conscience will keep telling me to get it back to where it came from, the story of that money might complicated to keep or the owner must do such hard work to manage that amount. I am okay on what I have now atleast I don't have any problem to consider.

Or if no one trace me or contact me showing the proof that they own it  ::) then I will make it my own and spend it like a boss  8)

Honest people in this world are increasingly scarce, and I want to be one of them in this world. Then, if I get 100 BTC shipments wrongly, then I will look for the person who sent that much BTC to return it because BTC is not my right.

Sincerely, I do not know if I will return it or just keep it for my own sake. Imagine having a 100BTC to be mistakenly sent into your wallet is such a luck because there are thousands or even a million of different wallet which is uniquely different based on numbers and letter combinations and I am the one to have it. Maybe I will use it into an  online casino (https://to.crwd.cr/smtm) to make some profit out on playing through its variety of games then, somehow send help to the needies to return back my luck by sharing some to them.

If I will receive 100BTC on my wallet due to mistaken identity on address, I would feel so lucky too because it maybe a blessing in disguise because out of nowhere, it was mistakenly sent to me out of too many combinations of addresses that exist. Maybe I will use it to start up a business to gain profit and somehow keep it for the good of my future. Maybe I can also try the way you have said about engaging into an online casino so that I am entertaining and enjoying myself while somehow earning while playing.

Hey,

Never talk anybody about what has been happened

1. Saving myself
2. Help others who are alive
3. Keeping a low profile
4. Starting my own business
5. Helping society in the long run

lol, no one would return 100 btc, let's be honest with ourselves, if we get $400k we could quit working and travel for the next 10 years. The only motive we would return then is if we get under threats. For example, if those BTC was from the mafia and they know we have them, the smart move would be to send them back if we appreciate our lives.

If 100BTC is mistakenly sent to my wallet, then I will be really thankful. I will gladly accept that fortune of mine and will use it into good hands. I will make use of it to make my dream house and for my daily financial needs as well as helping the needs. I know its not mine but we cannot do anything about it because we cannot return it to the owner.

Well, the normal response would be not returning back such huge amount. I won't be a hypocrite, I might probably do the same thing and might sound foolish, but I would probably engage some of it into gambling to earn more, though there is a higher tendency to lose.

Just because you get 100BTC, and you don't know why or who sent them to you, does not mean it is a mistake. The mistake might be to send them back as opposed to keeping them for a while.

If the guy who sent them to you cares and wants them back, he'll send you a couple of satoshi's to the same address, with a message asking for their return. If he doesn't, he just might have sent them to you intentionally.

As of this writing, I don't have any of my BTC addresses listed in BTCtalk. I should, just in case some wealthy joker wants to send me some BTC for free.

You may engage into investment than to risk in gambling. Why so?
Still it could happened in many circumtances if that happened it was not your fault and not your mistake and you have no responsibility to give back the bitcoin that you recieved. But i guess it will never happened if your going to send a whole 100 bitcoin they will be extra careful if they are going to send that amount and also will be probably not going to send a whole 100 bitcoin.

I would take 10-15% for myself, find the address it came from, and return the rest.

That could be someones life savings they accidently sent you...I would feel very bad indeed.

Trading (https://to.crwd.cr/z7G) is not hard to understand. It's very simple. What you've learned in your secondary school can be applied on the principle of trading.
