Title: What do you plan to do with ETH and ETH Classic coins?
Post by: Lyana on January 08, 2019, 11:36:45 AM
Thank you, everybody. Everyone already knows that ETHCV is a scam.

Hi. What do you plan to do with ETH and ETH Classic coins?
Considering that ETH Classic will no longer exist, and the price of ETH will continue to fall? Which coins do you convert your assets to for a long hold?

P.S. I don't think so, unfortunately, this statement is written on ethereumcv.io. - Ethereum Classic Vision hard fork - January 11, 2019 . Look at the screenshots:

Friends are not my words in the screenshots.  I want ETH to develop and the price of coins to grow. I personally have been keeping my coins for a long time, for 3.5 years already, and I'm not going to give up. My questions are to know the opinion of the majority of crypto holders. Thank you.
P.S. I really hope that no one will give their private key to the ETH wallet, unless the purse is completely empty!

I still remain faithful to ethereum and I am sure that it is at such a low price that you need to buy it.

As for ETH, the forth coming upgrade spells well for ETH, so I wonder why you think EHT and ETC are dying.

I don't hold ETC but I have ETH. If you look closely to the market, how can you say that price of ETH is continue to fall. I'm not sure if you are looking to the same chart of ETH or you are just assuming that it will continue to fall. Look again and maybe you really looking at the wrong coin instead of ETH's chart. I'm okay holding ETH for a long time and with bitcoin, there's no need to think of this portfolio. I consider these two coins as the best of the best in the crypto world.

I still have a strong faith of eth coin, considering that the upcoming forks will enhance the ethereum blockchain and this will lead to the price surge and more community support. The issue on the price fall is will not prolonged as long as the forks will happen, because this will enhance the entire ethereum blockchain. My ETH will still be in my portfolio whatever happens because i am a strong believer of ethereum project.

I never tried to buy ETC because I’m contented with my ETH and I think if ETC will gone, the price of ETH will still be good considering its way better than ETC. I will still hold ETH until I make good profit, luckily I trust ETH during its bottom price and now I’m happy that I took risk and believe in this market where most of the newbies are leaving the market.

Ethereum classic vision is still a big question for us. Please wait until January 11, everything will be clear. I have a feeling that ETCV will be a big cryptocurrency in the future

I believe it too. ETH is the first coin I really believed in four years ago. I was upset with the Ethereum Classic Vision news: "Rewards for miners will be lowered and rent fees will be introduced for smart contracts. Giant mining pools will take ever more power, and individual mining will lose economic sense. ETH has failed its supporters - and its price will keep falling." This means that they will not improve the project.

Actually ETC is a garbage for trading purposes, mostly for shorts)) I prefer to keep my funds in stablecoins now, I don't believe that we've bottomed out. I plan to buy BTC and ETH 50/50 a bit deeper.

I am not holding ETC but ETC developers already stated that there were no 51% attack ans what happened was because of hashpower consolidation on the network but at the same time Coinbase blog claims that they already detected double spends, I would stay away from ETC at the moment.

As for EThereum, there is nothing to be said I am an Ethereum holder and will remain to hold, the upcoming months will be great for Ethereum.

An for the rest shit-coins like ETCV and the other fork I really not remember its name, I hope they fail as soon as they launch, the faster the better because shit scam coins that have no purpose will fail anyway.

The ethereum classic 51% attack is a bad PR for ethereum. As ethereum is preparing for an upgrade, people  will be more concious ofthe fact that attack coukd happen, this  will decrease tye market activities of ether and we may have dump price on our hands again!

What are you talking about? I suggest that dont believe anything that you saw or read at any moment just make a little clarification or confirmation about it. Ethereum price is not falling but its already estabilized and continue to climb, In Ethereum Classic cased it was already clarified by the team that it will not abandon completely. lets continue monitor the situation and be ready of any results after the fork happen.

Lol stop spread that scam hardfork, it much better for you to ask etcv creator why he needs privatekey from any participants? ETC died and that's already predictable from the start.
out of funds and then gets 51% attack and that proves how shitty the fork coin is.

Despite a possible 51 percent attack on ethereum does not mean that ethereum classic is dead or dying, there are already measures taken to secure the network, exchanges have been cautioned to increase the number of confirmations and so far the price has held stable. As for ETH, the forth coming upgrade spells well for ETH, so I wonder why you think EHT and ETC are dying.

yeah right probably since from the first day of year 2019 the altcoins market are growing bumping their value until now having a strong green signal and it's possible after the ETH hardfork their price will continue to the moon and for the ETC i think is not end they possible also to   wake up their value in the coin market cap.

I do not know what you are trying to point out here but I think Ethereum will remain irrespective of the fact there might be slight fall at some point. I think that will improve the efficiency of Ethereum and not the other way round so let's hope for the best to come. Ethereum classic vision hardfork is scheduled for January 11th, let's wait for it to come and I believe it will be for our good also.

Hmm. Um... I'm not spreading this scam, I asked if it was possible! I hope you see the difference between a question and a statement. Thank you. I do not know why you decided that the price of Ethereum will continue to fall. I am convinced of the opposite, the price will soon begin its rapid growth, the reason will be the official hard fork, thanks to which it will be possible to upgrade to Ethereum 2.0.

I do not share your thoughts on this. Ethereum has always been consistently good in showing results. That Ethereum is the second ranked coin on the overall crypto horizon means that it is being trusted widely by a big number of members of the cryptocurrency community. Bitcoin is understood to be the top. There is no argument about that. It is the leader of the pack. However, for an altcoin to keep the second position despite losing it for a short time once in a while means a lot. The competition among altcoins is very tight. There are thousands of altcoins after all.

As for me, I will keep my ETH for a longer time for a higher value.

I think you should only buy ETH, don't buy ETH classic. because the center is in ETH and it has the trust of many investors. So I think only the price of ETH can grow strongly, team devs work very well. In ETH classic, I'm not sure about this!

I've never mistaken so hard :'( now my plan is to wait till Ethereum will come back at least on 600$ to see it out and forget about this coin at all. many people are holding ETH because of waiting for the airdrop reception from hardfork from ETH in the coming days. I am also one of those people  ;D

The people behind ETCV voiced criticism of ETC's team, but they themselves did not leave any information on the project website, why are they anonymous? That makes me not trust this project.

At the same time, if they were fraudsters, they would have done everything in as much detail as possible, they would have written attractive white paper and put the admin in a chat to answer questions, but all this is not there, it seems that they don’t care if the project attracts attention or not.

I don't have any ETC, but if so I would definitely get rid of them ASAP. I'm really shocked that ETC is still at TOP-20. There wasn't any serious dump because of recent 51% attack. As for me it's terrible. BTW take a look here https://www.crypto51.app/. There are costs of 51% attack for different coins and it doesn't look good for most of projects on the market.

You may think it's strange but I ETH Classic I did not consider for an innovative product. I can't say it's sad. I can say that it was predictable. I invested my financial assets in ETH. Especially a lot I bought when the price falls to 97$.

I read through your post, I wanted to counter you but saw that you are against the postulation. ETCV is not an official hard fork of ETH,  it is in now way recognized by Ethereum foundation. So anything you see on the site is their own opinion or marketing strategy. Let's be guided. Also please, do not import your private key to their web wallet to claim your  ETCV forked tokens.

For ETC, I do not hold any and I do not plan on buying.

For ETH, I am still holding some of those I bought at around $200 and no plan to sell despite the price falling to $100+
Developments after Constantinople should be interesting.

If you are imagine then there is no answer to the question cos we have many coin in the market that also have potential and more so ETH and etc can just go away like that even if their piece is getting dipper in dump  btc also witness the dump as market is generally down and we are aiming to see some change by year end.

I will still keep the eth, because I think the eth still got the potential to raise, and there are still so many places that accept eth, so I think it's still worth to stock eth, but etc seems like a dead coin, not a lot of project that interested in using etc and slowly the popularity had sunken

I am planning to hold them, because the price will go down and it will need some time to recover. Moreover, I have big hopes for the upcoming hardfork, because it is going to be the Ethereum of the future.

Actually ETC is a garbage for trading purposes, mostly for shorts)) I prefer to keep my funds in stablecoins now, I don't believe that we've bottomed out. I plan to buy BTC and ETH 50/50 a bit deeper.

I will continue to keep my Ethereum coins. In my mind it is much better to have an opportunity to be confident in your savings than earn money through trading.

yes you are right, to have stable coin at the moment is the right choice. the market has not shown a sign of going up, so it's too risky to buy any bitcoin or altcoin. see ethereum only in a week has fallen to $113 and bitcoin is almost the same. for etc I am more interested, I better focus on ethereum and bitcoin

Of course, ETH should be kept further. This coin will still show its new features after January 16, when the planned improvements will be implemented in it. In addition, other improvements are outlined in October. So this coin will continue to improve. This is a sign that it will maintain its competitiveness compared to new coins.

Its tough to say... I like ETC better than Ethereum as a project but its hard to argue with mass adoption.. I think ETC will move up to the 40-75.00 range going forward this year, but no chance of catching or surpassing ETH at least as it stands right now.

I'm debating whether I should sell my ETC to invest in other altcoins like Wan or Qtum. At the same time, I think ethereum classic is a promising coin, however, not sure if it will surpass ETH anytime soon.

Do you think ethereum classic has a better position than ETH?

I don't count on progress ETC, for me this coin is dead. As for ETH, I still consider the coin to be one of the best cryptocurrencies and strongly recommend keeping this asset in your portfolio. In my opinion, after the Constantinople update, we will see a significant improvement in the work of the coin network and an increase in capitalization.

What do I plan to do with the coins you named? Nothing. I will continue to keep them. Information about the imminent demise of this or that coins are constantly appearing. But all this is custom-made, fake news that pursue one goal-the collapse of the course for a large purchase.
Don't give in to provocations.

eth is a major altcoin in crypto market. i was buying it to join icos before, but nowadays market is very bad. so i prefer to just buy and hold them in my wallet. it stays stronger comparing with others.
