Don't you think these sounds broken records? Instead of playing the record why not you give more information about the project. People will be more interested to know about the details instead hearing some prewritten text message.

For your information, everyone think that they have the best product and everyone is promising the same but sadly most of them fails.

Of course people always like to join new project and earn crypto on the sideline. You can just go around the forum and see members offering their services and I'm sure that you will find lots of them interested on a "new great project" of yours. But I don't see it that way, maybe what you really wanted is to look for people that will help you build your own "bounty portals". Otherwise, you need to put more details about your project to attract applicants.

It would be more preferred or appealing if you do directly post it up in regards with your project idea or concept and its more hassle on requiring to pm you instead on reading up the thread directly.

What's your token? if you can tell what will be the payment I think you'll get only the people that are very much interested with your project. It's obvious that you are going to run a bounty campaign in the forum.

I'm ready to take part. I can do good for the team, I have experience moderating an ANN thread and translate it to our Filipino localboard and I can also do bounty management. But just like everyone else, I just first wanted to know what sort of project is this to analyze whether this has potential to make it.

So, you spend close to $2 to create a token with a smart contract and with you zero value token you want to hire a full team?

The problem about this is: What will happen if you token never get value, or it never gets listed on an exchange, or in the worst scenario, what will happen if your plan is to run with the money like 85% of the ICOs do it.

A professional project would never paid their team member solely by their tokens, especially if the tokens doesn't have any value. If you're really serious, you should at least provide fiat payments (or coins/tokens like BTC/ETH) to cover your daily operation.

For everyone who want to join this, please think about it carefully. Don't fall for big offers such as $4000 in tokens when the token is not yet on the market. It's better to get $5 weekly rather than working for nothing. You might get scammed and your reputation could get tainted too.
