You can frame your question that what you are not understanding or troubling you.

At the end of your question you can post your link as "Source of confusion: <Link>"

Yes,if not a referral link. ;)

Make sure you didn't copied the content of the article while pasting in this forum or else you will get permaban.

This board is for forum discussion and would be the wrong place to paste any link that doesn't concern the forum.
But you can paste link to the right section of the forum but be sure to verify that the link is not from a suspicious site.
You can go through the forum rules and regulations. do well to check rule number 4,5,6 it touches issues of pasting links https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

Depends on what article you want to get an expert opinion !

- Search the Forum for the category and look there first maybe someone have asked it already !

- If not you can open in this category a thread about it ,but remember when paste something from a website in your thread to post the source link too where you got it !

- If you paste something , put the Source link in your post !

You already know you can unless it's a referral link or any kind of suspicious link. You can also quote the contents if you want to. This is how I do...

Say I want to take some contents from this page: https://www.grammarbook.com/punctuation/quotes.asp

I do like this:
The rules set forth in this section are customary in the United States. Great Britain and other countries in the Commonwealth of Nations are governed by quite different conventions. Nowhere is this more apparent than in Rule 4 in this section, a rule that has the advantage of being far simpler than Britain's and the disadvantage of being far less logical

Here is the code:
Code:
[quote author=https://www.grammarbook.com/punctuation/quotes.asp]The rules set forth in this section are customary in the United States. Great Britain and other countries in the Commonwealth of Nations are governed by quite different conventions. Nowhere is this more apparent than in Rule 4 in this section, a rule that has the advantage of being far simpler than Britain's and the disadvantage of being far less logical[/quote]

The code structure:
Code:
[quote author=LINKOFTHEPAGE]CONTENTS[/quote]

Hope it helps
