He states that is important because of the size of the EU market, but I believe that it has a far greater significance. We know that the EU is not the top level organisation, and that it is one of the public faces of the Eton/Oxford banking elite. This group of globalists controls most of the world including America, so any such document should be seen as a test of public opinion for controls that will be introduced in the future. Regulation and control of some of the crypto space could be a good thing, but not if it is being imposed on us for the benefit of the bankers and the mega-corporations.
