Traffic2Bitcoin can give you Free traffic into your site, without login, just submit your site and insert simple code.

Step by Step :
1. Submit Your Site
Create free account on Traffic2Bitcoin.com (https://traffic2bitcoin.com)
Login into your account, then click on 'Manage Autosurf Ads'

(or click on Advertise, then click on Manage Autosurf Ads)

Title : anything example my website
Target Url : your site url example http://google.com/
Budget : switch menu list into 'Create Empty Ad'
Daily Limit : set anything, or set 0 for unlimited daily hits limit.

then click on 'Start Campaign'

Now your ad should appear, (if not appear send me PM).
Click on 'Auto Assign Credits' to enable it. message will appear : Credits will be assigned to your ad automatically.

2. Insert Traffic Generator Code

Click on 'Earn' header to get your code for getting free autosurf credits.

scroll the page down, to see title "Earn Autosurf Credits"
there is two codes depending on your site type, if you don't know which code you should use, try to use second code because it works on all site types.
however, first code has more ads/ traffic to generate, but it works on HTTP accessible sites only.

copy your code and insert into your HTML page, just insert once into your home page, as long as you will be rewarded for unique visitors only.
don't insert code more than once, don't insert on other pages, just one page which has most unique hits.

3. Enjoy free traffic!

You've already done, and will start receiving new visitors depending of amount of unique visitors you have on your site.
No login or additional action is required,
However, you can see how many hits you received by clicking on 'Advertise' page, Manage Autosurf Ads.
