Title: Captcha
Post by: andaBand on January 16, 2019, 02:33:27 PM
So when I do the captcha thing and have a bad luck, I get the "clcik the traffic lights" one. Does anyone now if you're supposed to click the poles too?
I've tried both options, but apparently I can't never get it right. It' so frustrating...

Recaptcha is the actual frustrating part.
I have an advice for you: try to make it longer, by taking at least 1 second between clicking on each image, otherwise you may be detected as a bot and even if you
selected the right images, you won't be authorised.
That being said, I never select the poles and only the parts containing the proper traffic light.
The most important part:
If one pixel of the traffic light expands on another selectable part, make sure to click on it.

I don't bother with the poles (there is also traffic signs). Re-captcha can decide at random to give you one more challenge or be done with it. Sometimes it doesn't even give you the challenge, if it likes your browser.

But its all in the name of training Google's Alphabet AI, think of it, you are helping Waymo vehicles recognize stuff! :D

OP, here is the true solution you need into your captcha problem. Just follow every bit of his direction to the letter. I used to get frustrated too until I discovered this trick.

Thanks for the tips!
I hope I'll be more successful next time I log in.

The inventor of Captcha will get a very special place in hell, next to the guy that invented those plastic containers that are impossible to open without power tools.  >:(

reCAPTCHA V2 (other CAPTCHAs are fine) has been an abomination when it favors bots over us.

I was once blacklisted from solving CAPTCHAs for over 1 year just because I frequently claimed from faucets that require them. The challenges were nigh impossible to solve with the slowly-loading images and endless loops of Next.

Rekapcha is really a scary thing. Quite often it does not work. It would seem that "Google", but to allow such a stupid system is terrible. Sometimes you have to wait half an hour to pass it.  :(

Don't mind the polls, just look at the ones with the lights.

yes, you are right I often use links that are given by admins in this forum to be able to log in faster and simpler without having to work hard against the captcha.

I made 50 captchas, and only after that I understood how to do it without mistakes. Need experience

Use an anti-captcha, use DBC and you won't have to mind this as much  ;)

Sometimes reCAPTCHA won't load on Firefox but will appear on Chrome. It is really annoying.

Now the Captchas are done in that way, there are many validations that arise after having fulfilled a certain number and if you make an error in at least 1, you must redo the procedure, what happens is that they are placed in that way to avoid The use of robots, in fact, says verification if you are a human being. What you need to have is patience to be able to resolve those captchas, although I have heard that there are already robots with artificial intelligence that are solving them.
