This is the problem with the exchanges and other users. Before accessing exchanges one must know the policy of that exchange since most of the time will be asking for a KYC. I do not think KYC is a problem. Just fill in the details needed in order for you to approve your KYC and then start trading with the exchange.

This is also the problem with the exchanges for they will just allow users to create an account in the exchanges allowing one to deposit coin for trading. The bitter part is the withdrawal just like what OP experience.

I rarely participate in trading on small-scale exchanges. It is very risky and is likely to be hacked and cause huge losses.

Selfie verification for a few hundred bucks I thought it should be for thousands of dollars, I do not have an account there and will not trade if they ask verification for a few bucks thanks for warning us it's not a good exchange anyway with Mcafee on it.

That means if you need to verify your account through KYC process. Have you read all of the terms and agreements before you have sent your money on bitmart? If you haven't yet and then you must try to read it this time. It may gives you a lot of clue about what should you do.

You are absolutely correct in saying that you need to read the terms and conditions before using the exchange. This applies to any exchanges. Bitmart is no exception. I dont t consider KYC to be bad, but users should know that verification of KYC on the exchange is required and independently decide whether to use this platform. It would be nice if you say whether there is information on KYC in the agreement of Bitmart? Any confirmed info will need to be added to https://revain.org/exchanges/bitmart.
