Looking for something like Buttercoin but built in PHP.

Anyone know of anything?

Lol, no it's not a joke. But I agree GOX is a joke. How they let funds move from cold storage without a system audit is beyond me.

We are building the site CryptoPowers.com. About to beta test The Power to Trade. I wanted to use Buttercoin but my developers are not used to working in the IMAX framework. So I figured I would ask here as you guys are likely the most knowledgeable on this type of issue.

mastercoin, counterparty... these are all great trading engines, completely open source, even the transactions...

Yea and also if you're looking to create a Bitcoin Exchange in New York, USA. You'll need a license to exchange Bitcoin to USD.
