Does anyone know of any project where transaction from fiat-->blockchain-->fiat is possible?

Havent heard of any and it sounds like a good idea to me, what are your opinions on this?

You're looking for fiat-->bitcoin-->fiat?

blockchain is a tech that's being used for transacting money or any records for private institutions. And if you're looking for that kind of diagram, I think considering bitcoin and cash out to fiat should be enough.

I don't really get your question but are you trying to say you want a place to sell your cryptos for Fiat?
If so then you could try an exchange that supports Fiat conversion.

Like others, I also do not understand what you are trying to know. Are you saying something like seller don't want to get crypto but buyer want to use crypto and there will be a guy who will serve this system? Is it?

There are none projects like that if I understand what you are trying to say. You want to use fiat money to buy some cryptocurrency on the blockchain directly from the coin holders. And then to sell your coins for fiat money also directly to some other people. I can't imagine what it would take to make such a blockchain. There would have to be a bank or exchange involved in the entire picture for this to work.
