blockchain is a tech that's being used for transacting money or any records for private institutions. And if you're looking for that kind of diagram, I think considering bitcoin and cash out to fiat should be enough. You want to use fiat money to buy some cryptocurrency on the blockchain directly from the coin holders. And then to sell your coins for fiat money also directly to some other people. I can't imagine what it would take to make such a blockchain. There would have to be a bank or exchange involved in the entire picture for this to work.
