I may not risk my bitcoins with new sites but I am sure here are lots of other hard core gamblers who may risk with new platforms as they value new innovations and features hence you may announce your platform as early as possible.

In my experience, a 100% deposit bonus may need 1000% of wagering before getting eligible for withdraw, do you also plan for similar things ? I like to suggest you not to go for same ideas. Because, most gamblers here are looking for better odds rather than deposit bonuses.

I think that most Sportsbook/bet and Casino sites with instant withdraw are far and few between. Even those that claim that they have instant withdraws usually end up taking 1-3 hours from my experience. 100% bonus is NOT outrageous by any means, considering that it also says Casino so I am assuming slots, table games, etc. Usually Casinos will offer this plus free spins with 40xs wagering requirements before being able to withdraw. If you want to deposit 1 BTC than you would have to wager through 40 BTC which is definitely possible depending on if there is a max bet allowed to be placed while a bonus is in effect. Anyone who has a significant amount to start with initially should never take a bonus in my opinion. Surely you have no experiences with deposit, or even you have never read about it. All deposit deposit has some requirements behind it, and the most usual requirement is that you need to wager 30-40x of your deposit or even deposit+bonus. Isn't all the sportsbooks we play right now were "new" at one point, I do remember the early days of all the big sportbooks and casinos to be honest with you, the only casino that existed before I joined bitcoin was satoshidice and that was on blockchain.info to my knowledge and not as a website till I figured it was a website of its own.

I believe most of the site are using this system in order to attract players so I can say, nowadays most of these sites are already implementing their site with instant deposit and instant withdrawal as well so you do not need to worry that about. And about the limit I still can't agree on you, because it is based on their bankroll, the bigger their bankroll is the higher limit that they can give it out so it will be vary on every site since they do not have the same bankroll

Depending on the case big gambling sites don't line constant winners in my humble opinion. Limitations are applied if there is no other alternatives to apply winners in order to stop their gambling activity. In real casinos gamblers double their betting amount for covering previous losses.
