I just want to get some help here for my friend,
He says that he stock his account a couple of months and when he checked it out his account was banned.
It says that the account was banned due to spam or plagriarism.
But i think that it's because of unactivity?
Is there any chance getting his account back?

The account's profile link? If it says that the account is banned due to spam or plagiarism though, then It's the case because otherwise, It would've said locked. If it doesn't say anything regarding the time, it means it's permanent and making another account is considered as ban evasion, which will get him banned again.

Either its human error or he really made topics by copying stuff/guides from internet/other people  to get merit.
Its bannable offense and a shortcut for people to get merit. That shorcut ends badly most of the time or even always.
Try in META section to explain or ask for reasoning explanation for the ban.

Copy pasting is most likely what he got banned for.

It was proven that your friend copy-pasted which makes the ban a permanent one. He can try to appeal on Meta but the evidence is clear and it will probably not go the way he would want to.

I think the punishment permanent ban for this one mistake is too much, i hope that even few months are fair for the mistake he made. hmmmm

If it says there that it was only restricted on a certain period of time, there's still a chance of getting it back, however, in your case, I think your friend should consider creating a new one....

I think it wasn't because of the inactivity of the account, 'cause my account has been inactive for weeks and I am still able to use it now.. Anyway, I would suggest that your friend should create a new one...

Not really. If your account is permanently banned, then so is the person mastering the account. He/she is not allowed as per the forum rules to create another account, save for appealing on Meta, where the chances of recovering the original account are basically cero on plagiarism cases.

One may try to be all hush-hush about it, but eventually someone may find a link back to the banned account somewhere down the road, and then the ban will be triggered again without much contempt.

Creating a new account is not a solution, I think wherever you are or wherever you are in a forum then plagirism is a very undesirable thing, copyright infringement is an action that ends in a criminal act. This is only a lesson for him or for anyone, appreciate the work of others and I think it is not difficult to include a reference after you quote someone else's writing.

How to appeal to meta?

Appealing for the ban is useless. The ban was deserved as “your friend” has commited plagiariam and there is no chances “he” will be unbanned.

The appeal system only works for those who got banned by mistake. “Your friend” didn’t.

Two newbie accounts registered a day apart in November 2018 offering the same advice to break the rules, posting back-to-back, and using ellipses at the end of their sentences.  You wouldn't happen to be alts, would you?

In any case, OP's 'friend' isn't allowed to create new accounts.  A permaban is a ban for the person behind the keyboard, not just for the specific account that did the plagiarism.

Same posts, different accounts, one blocked, the other active, what is = (FRIEND) = Or you?
