I don't know if this is the site where you purchase your device https://crypto-financial.io/ because you forgot to mention it, they have a very bad after sales support and this is not good for you and for their potential customers if they have an official thread here then you can post your complaint there, anyway with this post, people will find out how bad their after sales support is.

I'm not sure if the warranty is still valid once you've purchased outside bitmain but it's worth a shot, so better ask their support about this or better yet, you could also ask cryptofinancial if they could help you out since they're the ones who bought it from there. Check the warranty status here: https://service.bitmain.com/support/warranty

I honestly think they should help you out as it's a part of providing good service but seeing that they made you pay for customs two times and refunded by giving you discount coupon, makes me think they only care about themselves. I have a feeling they would refuse but still give it a go op!
