But I'm sure I can find the answer elsewhere. There is no definitive date yet. What exists is the discussion of the ideal format for discussions and dissemination of the project. And possibly a release in the next few weeks of formal specs. It is a call so that the people who like the project can participate with their doubts and suggestions.
