Steemit appoints a new boss, hopefully, they'll do something about returning the platform to its former glory, because as things stand, it's a joke.

People invested into Steemit and used the platform because they thought that this platform is decentralized medium, but after they start with banning accounts that posted inappropriate content, it was shown how, in fact, the project is centralized. Very, very bad decision from Steemit. And now they changed the boss? Again, centralization  ::).

Well, for me its understandable that they ban inappropriate content at steemit. The content is available to the public and in certain countries they are responsible for what is shown on their site.

What wasnt understandable for me is Medium banning bounty-related blogs/reviews. Lost my account to such a ban action ...

Steemit still offers many possibilities. And it is very interesting that this organizational change occurs. I think the great quality of Steemit compared to other platforms is the great possibility of being paid for writing without having a consolidated career. Micropayments is something useful and revolutionary that has not yet been fully explored.

Having ads can also be interesting. But they should not be invasive and users should also be rewarded.

Meh, Steemet is only one of the Larimers scam projects. He promotes his projects under the guise of decentralization but none of them truly decentralized! He's just on hype and all his platforms are useless. I recommend you to stay away from all things this buddy touches... Better pay your attention on really cool and useful projects!  ::)

Many companies are cutting down expenses, especially in crypto because revenues are also in crypto.

They are probably trying to get back to good old times of Steemit as seemingly decentralized and free content platform. Well, trust is hard to gain and easy to lose.

I hope she really deserves that position based on her experience on the site he only published one article he is not a writer at all and she is now the head of the big blockchain based article site this will become very interesting if she can contribute enough to bring back Steemit' glory again

To be honest, I never thought that this platform could live for a long time. it's just some kind of joke but  not the cryptocurrency

Steemit platform is the most comfortable out there. Medium is banning your account if you write the review about the blockchain project, so no freedom of speech which steemit has.
The price of steemit within a week or so was also doing pretty well on that falling market, which is nice to see.

Steemit is one of my best cryptocurrency blogs and I think God for this change because it might just be the change we have been searching for in the platform. Things has been declining of late.

Hahaha.. You are funny dude. Why do u say its a joke? I think the new implementations on steemit now is to reduce the rate of spam there. It's commendable.

That might bring about a good development, but no one is sure of that.
It might also restore the sanity that was in the system at the time it just started.
The platform is one of those I enjoy using, so that made me to know few things about it.

Former glory?
Not really sure that steemit was ever glorious..
It is very popular in crypto society because of Medium reduced spam and banned all spam accounts (mine as well  ::) )
Steemit will become popular, as soon as steem price will be higher.

This platform has a lot of problems. After the last update. They crossed the opportunity for new items to work with the platform. Almost all likes are achieved through robots and hidden communities. I tried to blog there and I realized that this was all a big deception. People get away from the incentive because they do not find support on this site and that's all.

These are the campaigns that made mistakes and did not fixed profit from their cryptocurrency earnings. those campaigns which did it - they have no difficulty now

The appointment of a new boss to Steemit is a welcome development to the social network community,at least it will bring more energy to the Steemit ecosystem,recently Steemit might fallen below standard

Steemet really disappointed lot of investors who invested into it, it not gone well as expected. Hope with the new boss, it can raise again some expectations in all who invested and believe upon this project.

Not sure about then when you are seeing not so many people are using steemit again right now and medium has taken its place. Look at the demand of steemit platform and you will see all of the truth about the future of steemit platform itself. this coin is dead.

yeah, hopefully, and I hope there will be a cleanup for those who only make writing about the project. it's no longer a good thing but has become spam. I if I wish I wanted, steemit like Medium which tightens article writing so steemit can be the quality of the platform.

I think the obvious reason for abrupt changes in steemit project and downsizing policy is that the platform has not been able to earn decent revenues so i think the new ceo should find ways to create ad places and partnerships that would result in more income for steemit.

nice to know yes steemit is dowing so poorley last year comparing to the steemit of the 2017 but the real problem for mass adoption in the steem blockchain is account creation

Steemit has did well  i don't think it can affect them positively team make a project developed they are working together and they  made decision together

Now Steemit its not providing good profit so there is lot of internal problem is going on so that's way they recruit new boss .CBNT is upcoming project same like steem this one will give good profit .

Maybe the boss change will have a good impact on the company and he will want to make Steemit truly decentralized. We don't know what changes he's going to make.

Hopefully there will be some improvements, but frankly speaking the hype around steemit has already gone and I doubt the new boss will be able to resurrect the project from the hell after all that accusations about centralization.
