You should move this thread to Scam Accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0)
I am afraid you can hardly get your refund if the user had an intend to scam you but atleast he/she will be painted for this Scam accusation against him.
Perhaps than he/she might refund you!
Selly is not always safe and you should check the feedback first before sending the funds or try using escrow services for your deals.
Bitify is a good option with escrow.

Quoting for further reference:

I always suggest people to use escrow. It should be common sense. Bitcoin is not paypal or any reversible payment method. Once it's gone then it's gone. It's too foolish to trust people unless they have an established reputation in public.

It's always safe to use escrow. I guess people are scared to spend few dollar for escrow fees?

He changed his email recently, so probably, this account could be hacked and that´s why he start with scamming around?  ::)

There don't exist cheap accounts! It is only bait for naive!
Do not trade accounts without escrow!

Avoid also self-moderated threads and auto-sell services.

And I thought that senior member account is more valuable than 75USD. But it is an good example that ESCROW is must in every trade.
