I got into Crypto July 2017 , as newbie i was much afraid so i never took the risk so 2017 bull run pass over me .. 2018 the expectation was really high  so i took the risk but things fall apart .. I invested $5000 in Altcoins last year but right its  worth  less than $400 ..  I know one  day there is going to be another bull  run .. Should i expect the bull run this year or i should  expect it in three years time  !!

There is no specific time for the bullrun. Even if you do a research by analyzing the previous bullrun history and count the possibilities mathematically, the bullrun time may be not match with predictions. I suggest to not invest all your capitals for the bullrun only. There are some for short terms or daily / weekly trading. It will be very risky when you set all investments for the bullrun only. 

That's sad that you never took the chance of getting into the market by 2017. The market has grown by that time and it was the most amazing year so far.

Don't expect that there will be a bull for this so you won't break your own expectation.

The obvious fact is no one knows, and some experts said that no should expect a bull run soon because the market correction hasn't occurred yet and the market is still trying to recovery.

Bull Run always come after huge surge and the current surge and bearish market will break all previous record in Feb 2019 so if exchanges like Bakkt confirm its entry to market may be next Bull Run happen other wise try to trade on daily basis with some premium signals.

We may be in a early stage of bull trend now. And we hardly determine the peak of price because there are many conflicting news. EFT proposal was withdrawn. One of reason for increasing price of bitcoin in this year is gone. We have to wait another.

I do not think we will face a bullrun this year. Someone was mentioning a four year market cycle or something like that. The core message was, market will remain bearsig for some 2 year more at least. I am agree with this logic from some aspects. But it's not certain. I am expecting bullrun on 2020.

Well, look on Tomo, Holo, Waves, Tron etc. Is it not a bullrun? It is not globally (for all the market), but you can still exploit such cases for a huge profits.

People are asking the same question but not getting a good answer, it's a good time to take a vacation to take out the frustration of waiting for the next bull run it's been over 300 days of correction for Bitcoin.

An expert trader told me that this bear market will last until mau 2019. After that Bitcoin price will start moving up and probably will hit a new all-time high in the next year. So just get ready.

Nobody here and in the crypto market can accurately predict the bull market will begin. It may start this year or it will start in 10 years. Don't be too dependent on the bull market to make money. You have invest in Altcoins, so first you have to check whether the altcoin which you invested are worthy to stay on it, because if you have invested in low value altcoins then it is better to sell off now and invest in another coins project. But if you have invested in BTC, ETH, etc then i think you can wait for long term as this coins are worthy to buy now as they are nearby their lowest price and any time when market will start to rise this coin will first rise and you can get profit with it.

Q2 this year or mid-year. I think the slow price movements at the beginning of this year will continue until the next few months, and the pump will be in trouble. so we have to be more patient but be sure that the bull run will really happen.

No one should expect when a bull run is going to come. It can happen anytime. But you can still do cryptocurrency related things even though the red markets is up right now. Do things like investing or continue looking for good ICOs that can blow up in a bull run.

We don't know when the bull will return, but for this, we are optimistic that there will be a crypto bull time. Almost investors have lost their funds in 2018, me too. I think we can't know exactly when bull run. For time now, I'm learning to make money by trading daily, no waiting bull run. Looks like market will need some years to hit the highest price like it happened. 

I think it is better not to set an expectation since no one will really know when the bull run will come again. You have missed the opportunity in July 2018, it is another good time to invest since the prices are low. I might be wrong, please do your own research if you plan to invest.

We really don't know when the bull will happen again, everything is unpredictable. Researching yourself does make us look confident and can try our own abilities so that our instincts can be stronger.

If there is one big lesson I have learnt from this crypto space in my short time here, it is never to make any price predictions especially if you attach a timeline to it..the bullrun would come like a thief in the night... That is all I have to say about it.

My prediction is that Bitcoin will fall to 1200USD level, from this level Bitcoin will make a big move up back to 3K level and it will be a sign of the end of bear market.

If you invested $5k in crypto, I presume you could afford that. It's a rare case when someone has $5k of spare money, so you are a lucky person, and I'm glad for you in that regard. Now, if you could afford investing $5k, then $400 is definitely not a life-changing amount for you, so I would suggest waiting until you either lose everything or your assets worth more than $5k. If you invested in many different coins, you can expect that some of them will go to zero while some of others can rise 20 times and more in a year or two, or in a few months. No one can tell you for sure, when that will happen and which coins to sell and which to hold.

Honestly speaking, we cannot really tell 100% if the bull run will come this year or the next coming years because the crypto market is really unpredictable. Many people had a great losses from last year bearish market so let us all hope that bull run will come soon so we can recover from losses.

I think nobody can truly expect when it will come. There were many expert opinions from crypto in 2018, which all failed, nobody expected this fall of cryptocurrency in 2018, but one thing is sure, it will definitely come at an unexpected time when almost peoples lost hope in it.  It is really an unexpected market.

You have a good question on your mind and expectations this year and I really sympathize on the turn out of your investment. Anyway as we can see we have reached a near or at the bottom of the bear market as long as you can wait for the next bull run then you have not lost on your investment but have just kept it in a good investment state. When the bull run started your investment will surely be rewarded greatly and we all do have been affected very much on this bear market that tested the weak hands and the real cryptocurrency enthusiasts.

I would like to think that we will beat all time high in 5 years max . Ofcourse it can happen this year aswell hopefully . Of course, 2019 will make its own adjustments to the cryptocurrency market. But waiting for a bull run, at least this year, is not worth it. In the most positive scenario, the bull run will come no earlier than 2020-2021.

Many says that 2019 will be a year of sideways and I agree. I like mathematical models and believe that the history repeats itself, so I expect the next BTC ATH around $75-80k closer to the end of 2021.

If you saw the last two rallies in the past after touching the all time valuation you will understand how the market will perform after the rally last year, but the only predicament is that it is difficult to understand where the bottom lies, you can watch any expert opinions but no one can predict all these things accurately but can have an idea on the market.

Expectation only leaves us to frustration and disappointment so if I were you, start the active trading, set a goal or a limit what number of excess altcoin you will withdraw to be transferred to your hardwallet and collect as much as altcoin as you wantes. Now, noone wants to say anything, because they have been proven wrong so many times. I'm probably one of the very least here that have been warning people about what was coming. Look at my signature. I knew this was a disaster.

BTW, i predicted 6 dumps in a row with no pump in between. i can say i've been on the spot more times than any analyst in their hole life. Why?¿ Because i don't need to manipulate people to make them think they should invest, because my life does not depend on crypto. nobody knows an answer to when should you expect bull run next. If you can give your reasoning behind why you think anyone should know an answer to that question. I think we should see some improvement this year in first quarter but not keeping my hopes high since it can go in any direction.

There is literally not a single person who can tell when the next bull will come. There are some good news and there are some bad news but there is absolutely no movement in bitcoin at all. For example for bad news the SEC ETF deal was withdrawn and that means it didn't get neither rejected nor accepted, it doesn't even exists anymore, which should have affected the market but the price stayed the same instead of going down.

On the other hand Nasdaq promised a potential buy/sell option for bitcoin and they were working on it and they said once again they want to get into crypto world because they want to be part of the future and innovations which didn't changed the price even tough it should have increased it. Another good thing is BAKKT disclosed the way they will do their ETF deal and nobody even cared. I mean right now we are in such a bad situation that nothing happens even with good or bad news.
 

I think we would see another bull run this year, because there are too much exciting updates that are going to see the light during 2019 and it would affect crypto prices without any doubt. We only need to wait for a little bit.

You need a change in strategy because even if the bull run starts tomorrow not all these Altcoins will regain their value, the only sure bet in the space now is BTC to go up, because it is through BTC that money enters into the space and the upcoming halving looking at the historical data is going to push the price up to at least $10k and that is like 300% ROI which I think is a very decent return looking at the state of things

People saying that in 2020 or 2021 cryptocurrecy will have their glory day come again. I only hope that day will really happen, since i've collected many different coins and wait until that day to come to get what we deserve to get.

Its not really a bull run but Im hoping for a price increase maybe this end of the year 2019 or in the 1st quarter of 2020, the best thing to do at the moment is to buy coins at cheaper prices and hold until 2020, more happenings I think is coming in crypto space, whales are accumulating huge amount of bitcoins and altcoins then dump it once moon again.

Don't expect too much, the less you expect, the less disappointed you'll feel. If I were you, just simply go with the flow. No one actually knows when will be the bull run is. I think that investing in digital cryptocurrencies must have a good attitude. You must understand the timely stop loss so that you don't lose too much.

I hope it will come earlier than the end of this year because I see the altcoin seems wants to increase higher. from what you say it looks like you only see you have hopes for price increases from signs of altcoin, but that doesn't give very strong certainty and it can't be a clear signal, because to be able to make bitcoin prices rise and a bull run occurs then there must be good news and at least there must be high demand so that it will make the price condition rise.

This year after Consensus. There will be 1 year before halving and usually it is a strong sign for crypto currency , it is a bullish trend, so I suggest you to wait for a bull run!

Don't expect for the bull run and make changes to your portfolio. Think of the worst case scenario and then go forward with plans of making changes to the portfolio. Bull market sure will coming because crypto has very low market capitalization and that will increase later, but no body know when next bull run will start again. But according to history price of BTC , bull run possible to start in the end of this year.

It's always better to expect the worst and be ready for it. But what is the worst in our case? One year ago I personally was confident that Bitcoin will never fall below $4,000 again. I thought $4k was possible, but not lower than that. And I was ready for it, but I wasn't ready for the market we see today. Now, what should I expect today when we are already lower than the expected bottom? Well, maybe I'm going to be wrong again, but I think Bitcoin can't go lower than where we are these days. With dozens of thousands BTC being sold each day by the warriors of the infamous war during the past 3 months, Bitcoin is still afloat, because not only most of it holders haven't panic sell during the hard times, but many new adopters/investors have come in the game. Those are people who believe that today's price is one of the lowest possible, and it can go only one way from this point, up.

To be honest with you, No one can actually determine or give a particular time when the next bull run will occur. But I am sure, there will definitely be another bull run. You have to be stay postive and be willing to wait till the next bull run. Do not lose patient on waiting because what you have is a potential coin that will recover on the market. I always believed to cryptocurrency. I have good times and bad times with it but more with the good times. The bull run can come on unexpected  times, my suggestion to you don't expect something for this year.

in current condition we have to focus and concern to our goal collecting as much as bitcoin we can.dont always thinking about bitcoin and cryptocurrency price it could make us give up and stress.thinking something that could make us get our spirit again.

It is hard to predict when the bull run gonna happen but some analyst says that their prediction of bull run may happen in 2020, I think more investors are willing to invest specially the new investors.

In the same situation as yours there are many people. I think that another bull run will not come this year or after three years. I think it will happen after the next halving event, so in mid-2020.

Don't expect bullrun anytime soon ,stay focus on building a nice portfolio first because that's the only way to stay prepared for another bullrun ,it might be soon or it may be longer,use the market condition to take advantage and secure many good coins

im pretty sure, if the next bull run happen, bitcoin price will fly over 10k usd again, and so for crypto, all altcoin will be gold once more, so better invest now.

It will be better that way cause we even don't know or even sure that bull run will show up again, may a simple pumps will just come. We don't waste our time for that, looking the market everyday to know if we are growing, instead to be prepare anything that could happen in the coming days. See, last bull was completely unexpected, BTC climbled 10k in a week leaving everyone stunned. Next bull run might happen when we all have lost the hope.

Why continue buying and building a nice portfolio if you didnt know that the price can rise ? you are only risking your money that way  .  but its not wrong to invest only if you are sure on what you are investing  .  btc is a good investment because this coin do have a potential to pumped up again though we dont know when will it happen .

Even i entered the market in 2017 april . In that time bitcoin was about pickup its value then after china exchange ban happened huge FUD happened . Then after once BCH fork got succeeded . People started to get free BCH which was worth 1000$ . Then after BTG and B2X( segwit 2x ) announced . people started to invest on that . It is always difficult to predict the big price movements in crypto. But for me, such events seems to be associated with the block reward halving. Back in 2012 we had the first block reward halving. And one year later, we were having the first bull run. The same thing happened after the second block reward halving of 2016. So I would say that we can expect the next one by 2021.

IMO the market is still on its recovery stage and as we look to CMC the latest update on btc's price is $5.9k+ (still very far from the $20k we experienced last 2017). I believe that slow growth is better than bull ran - it keeps market stable. Last thing which we need is another market bubble like this one from 2017/2018. I'm only investing my free savings, so I'm not afraid of loosing and I don't have pressure on trading. I prefer to keep holding my coins, in current situation this is more profitable for me (especially because I'm currently mostly holding FuturoCoin, and after masternode update it's generating passive incomes for masternode owners)

What do you mean by bull run? Every time the market has bullish and bearish trend. Now the market is bullish as compared to some months ago with most of the coins increasing slightly in price. The market is volatile. So it is almost unlikely to see the market 100 percent bullish trend. Instead we can expect a slightly correction in prices of coins. Lets be content with small amount of profit.

Bull run will definitely come, when it start not all coin will moon dead coin with no active dev will not mooon now the question is if your $5000 was invested on good project or not, if you invested in shit coin don't expect a miracle to happen, if you invested in good project, just sit back and relax.

When you should expect the next bull run just like what happens way back year 2017 in which the market and bitcoin becomes very huge and almost all of the coins are getting higher and higher? I think before you think of that you must need to think first on how you will cut the losses that you are getting because of the down of the market last year 2018 so that you can also recover the losses that you are getting for now. basically market price movements are unpredictable and certainly there is no certainty when the next increase will occur, if you start investing in 2017 yesterday at least you have to be patient to wait so long that the investment you have in cryptocurrency cannot easily lose its value. as much as possible you should be able to avoid panic and still believe that market price movements will increase even more sharply even though it takes a long time

No one can say with absolute certainty when a bull run will come. In one way or the other, we are all eagerly waiting for that day. However, based on predictions from expects and current indication, we can say the bull run is very imminent, if not already begun

Bitcoin bull run has started but altcoins bull run is yet to be seen, the season of altcoin is probably coming soon, because the movement is around btc mainly.

I think it's just that they are saying that the beginning of a crypto change, as in 2017 the price is up to 4qtr in that year. we might be waiting for it.

It is unknown when exactly the next bullish race will be. Many newbies are in a similar situation as you have. But you have to be sure that with time you will not only return the amount invested, but also make good money on it.

With the rapid increase in price of bitcoin in the last few days, a lot of people are starting to assume that it is an indicator bull run is here. May be or maybe not. The bull run might be very well upon us, but we cannot be 100% certain. The only thing we have to do is hope that it comes to stay and not what we have been experiencing since the beginning of this year. But one thing i know for sure is that we aint going back to how it was in 2018.

This question has been on the lips of many, that even with this current market growth one can't really predict when this Bullrun will fully set in. But one thing is worth knowing here, which is, with the market growing tremendously and many platforms coming into the blockchain world there is hope of Bullrun, but when, is what I don't know neither do anyone.

unequivocally, if the project does not have relevance in society, the coin will not represent any value either.  Who needs dead weight?  It is because of this distrust of certain projects, many users scatter such coins in the markets and therefore prices fall very quickly.

With my experience in crypto space, there is no particular time bull run happens, people might predict when bull run will happen but nobody can give specific time when it will be.

Many have asked this question, infact on the lips of almost everyone in the crypto space is, are we in bull run or when is it starting?.
The hard truth is, no one actually knows when the bull run will start.
But we can be hopeful as the market is showing serious signs of recovery which is good for this space, in addition to this most institutional investors and platforms are also getting on board which is also an additional feat.

If someone give you a date it never true, all what you see are prediction. All you have to do is to prepare yourself to face it, but as in when its coming no one knows.

the possibility of a bull Run is right on the top so we cannot verify the changes in this market it's already going to a good flow but I don't know it is the proper Bull Run but the possibility long run will available from this month and I can take this chances to the best moment of my investment and make my profit also in this year.
