I am a fan of gambling especially on a mobile phone because it is handy and convenient to play even I am in my office while taking a break I played betting on my phone. Just because of my friend recommend me this Dapp and I much enjoyed betting.

After a whole day worked when I'm home, it made me relax and feel comfortable if I gambled in gambling site on dice gaming even one hour is enough. I usually visit https://bustadice.com/play.

Here is my question, is this normal sign or I am becoming to an addicted to gambling?
Then if you were in my shoe, which you preferred to focus to gamble in betting Dapp or in web gambling site?
Gambling on Dapp is safe when it comes to your fund storing?

Right now almost each and every gambling website is developed in such a way that it can be accessed on mobile as well on desktop with ease. Years back this has been a big issue that for gambling one need to be infront of the desktop or laptop. I feel convenient using on mobile, that doesn't mean the apps, but the webpage on mobile gives clear accessibility without any interruptions.

I think that dapps can be affected from the overhead caused by a mempool clog, so in the long run you could have more problems with dapps than by using trusted gambling sites (like primedice for dice)

In gambling we cannot see believable things are happened keratin so choosing other both of the things will be good but using which is favourable for you is a little suffer because gambling is not stable money making way it will change each and every time that you are putting money on it but both are good ways of make money.

I don't really mind accessing sites instead of apps on my phone. Nowadays all sites have a mobile version which makes a great interface for us who want to play on a pause or work and simillar. But apps also have an advantage- fast access, no links. Overall, I prefer sites, as it is almost the same as an app but I don't have to download anything.

In my opinion, you are just over thinking stuff, and maybe you are just wondering if you are going to be addicted. Acknowledging is the first step in knowing if you need help or not. I'm proud to see these types of people who are trying to help themselves.

Anyways, I don't think you are addicted unless you can't stop and always want to gamble on every occasion. For example, maybe you are at a wedding or any event, and you are still betting in your phone instead of participating. If that happens, probably you are getting addicted to it.

I think, for now, it's normal, but you need to be careful because it can become addicting to gambling if you still play in every day. That is what happens to the addicted person in gambling, they play in one hour only, but continues in every week and then change into every day, and in the end, they can turn to become addicting with gambling. I still prefer to play on the gambling site than betting Dapp, and I don't know if it is safe or not because I never tried. Perhaps, I will try it later when I have free time, or I want to try those site.

Other than security of your funds, what else advantages you are enjoying with dapps ? I'm asking this because this is first time I'm hearing about all this new world of gambling. Also, security of your funds alone will not be a determining factor for where you may prefer to gamble. I prefer to gambling in dice site. It is not a preference although. I do not what is dapp and never tried to understand even. I will give it a try later today if I get enough time. Normally I use the dice site.

Like how etherethum got stuck sometimes back due to unable to handle numerous transactions ? But, I guess these kind of problems may get resolved over the time. As of now, due to P2P way of gambling, dapps may find big success as most gamblers have already got suffered with brutal house edges. This is the most common situation for many gamblers here. Due to lack of awareness and promotions, we are all missing out another way of gambling. But I believe, the most fittest one will survive and many gamblers will switch over to where they find their convenience and what they actually want. I don't think you've given enough information about your gambling behavior, for anyone to be able to tell if you're addicted or not.

Without answering those questions, we can't really tell if you're addicted or not.


I personally still prefer to gamble on a regular website instead of a dApp. Just because I prefer using Bitcoin for gambling, not some low-marketcap token.


That depends on the dApp. How secure is the underlying project on which the dApp is based?
How decure is the dApp itself? There are so many different dApps, it's impossible to give a general statement about dApp security.

Hey this is by no means addiction, I feel this is harmless fun and there’s nothing to worry about it. I feel till you’re able to control your urge to spend, and limit it to just playing for a few minutes to a hour I feel it won’t harm you. I personally prefer dice there’s more thrill in that, but each gambler has his likes and dislikes so if you like something play that.

No doubt, you are addicted in gambling because you spent most of your day in gambling that even your time for your job alone is now affected. But the good thing is your addiction is not toxic yet, I feel that you can handle it properly.
Honestly, my first choice from the very start is to use mobile gambling app but my mind change because I noticed that fake apps spreads persistently which makes me feel scared to pick. And besides, I now get more interested to try gambling sites (due to effective advertising maybe ;D) that's why. Nevertheless, I would say that my door is still open for mobile gambling. Probably i prefer dapp as well because you can gamble wherever you are even at work especially break time. But i have only one suggestion for those who want to play on mobile. Which is before putting money on some moblie gambling apps must observe the app first and try to obtain specific information behind to assure it's safe and trustworthy gambling app. Because there're some fake as well spreading around the internet even at the store . so be aware for the sake of your capital.  

1. Try to give a break for a week or two and see how you feel. If you feel an urge to gamble then control it. Don't place any bet until the given week or date past. If you can not resist yourself and bet in between then you are addicted in my opinion. You need to stop it coz slowly it will go out of you hand.

2. I prefer gambling sites.

Yes most of the people are preferred to use gambling in there Android mobile which also be the perfect and user friendly so I prefer Mobile gaming is best.

Both games are good, they have been here for awhile and continue to entertain us, but I believe DApp is the future of gambling.

Good for you guys thay you love mobile gambling but for me i love the traditional way and i also love the pc version over mobile because i can clearly see the website and its not hard for me to play  .

I dont know what Dapp means on the title but i recognice the dice site .  so i would go for dice site  or dice type gambling games   .

I also find it more easy and fast paced over other kind of games because all you gotta need to do is roll the dice and choose between hi or low  numbers  .

I think Dapp is a decentralized application.

Gambling on Dapps is supposed to be safe except if they are not truly decentralized. Your fund should be on your wallet or on the Dapp smart contract during betting.
Dapps is also supposed to be scam free and fairer than centralized gambling sites.

yes when we are seeing the technical side the DAPP will be more important in the gambling to develop in the future but both are very attractive and easy to make money for everyone in gambling show all the types of gambling will be useful and different approach for anyone.

Dice players usually don’t go for anything else rather then playing a dice game. For me, dice has been always proved a lot tricky and it is really much difficult for me to gain any huge profits out in dice but I would personally love sportsbetting. i prefer to use both laptop and mobile but i dont heard dapp before  . i think ill still stick on the traditional dice site and there are also dice site can be playable on a mobile and some of them do also have an application that you can download for your mobile  . playing on mobile is convinient because you can play anywhere but playing on a pc or a laptop is also a good idea if your eyes are sensitive or if you need a more vivid and clear vision  .

We need to categorise this both option in two differentiation. First one betting is the good option for gamblers who doesn't want to lose their funds unwantedly.

Gambling generally has a natural spirit to make gamblers an addict and it takes a very strong person to overcome being an addict and still continue to gamble. I remember when they first came out with an adventure game called candy crush, the moment I started playing candy crush was when I became addicted to it.

I became addicted to the extent that I stay awake all through the night to play it, when I am inside the bus I play it, I look for opportunity in the office to play it and was already affecting me mentally, and I was even no longer paying attention to my girlfriend again, and  the only way I could overcome it was to totally delete the application from my phone, and then stop using android phone for a while so that I don’t end up being tempted to install it again, so o feel the only way to overcome addiction is just to stop gambling which was what I  did.

I've never used any Desentralized applications(DApps),so I choose the second option(dice sites).
The dashboard of this DApp looks very nice,but I don't see any major advantages of using gambling DApps.Using DApps brings a false sense of security.Most of the usual gambling sites are as safe as a DApp(if you don't gamble with ridiculous amounts of crypto).

The most of the Dice sites are my favourites because I have never use the said DApp. The most easiest of the two are the dice sites if you ask my, because they are the common ones among gamblers these days. Can you please explain to me how DAPP brings false sense of security, because DAPP itself is what makes people want to gamble and that is why many people beginning to think of changing their gambling site into DAPP, because security wise in terms of anonymity, it is very effective and security in term of avoiding scam is also perfectly working on dapp, most of those sites you talked about, what assurance do you have that they actually have sense of security? Is it because they state it on it that they have very tight security?
