-- How do I receive a loan? --
In #apply-for-loans type -new 'username' 'site' this will open a new ticket. You can open 1 ticket per 24hrs. PMs are ignored and will result in BAN if you spam.

-- How much can I loan? --
If you are a new member and never had a loan before, you can loan a maximum of 50 bits with 0% down payment, once! After that you will be placed in one of the groups specified below.

[Trial] 50 bits  - Return in 24 hours - 0% downpayment - 0% interest
[Member]  200 bits - Return in 24 hours - 75% downpayment - 0% interest [After 10 loans + returns you will be upgraded to the next level]
[Big Member] 500 bits - Return in 24 hours - 50% downpayment - 0% interest [After 10 loans + returns you will be upgraded to the next level]
[Ultra Member] 1000 bits - Return in 24 hours - 35% downpayment - 0% interest [After 10 loans + returns you will be upgraded to the next level]
[VIP] 2500 bits - Return in 24 hours - 25% downpayment - 0% interest [After 10 loans + returns you will receive a SPECIAL status]
[Special] Loans upto 1.00 BTC - 10% downpayment - 0% interest

-- What are downpayments? --
The amount of bits you have to transfer to me first to receive your loan. After successful return of the loan, you will get your downpayment back!
Eg, if you loan 200 bits, you first have to send 75% (150 bits) to me as insurance. If you paid the loan back in 24 hours, your downpayment will be send back to you upon return of the loan.
Eg. Downpayment 150 bits -> Receive 200 bits -> Payment in 24 hours -> Get your 150 bits back.

-- What happens if I fail to return the loan in 24 hours? --
You will lose your downpayment and you will be added to the #scammers-list.

What I understand is that you are an high staked player in bustadice. You will give the loan from your bet account to another bet account? I am just trying to understand the process.

What ensures you that you will not default the downpayment?

I am not the owner of this discord server but I do know well about it and the owner behind it.

The owner has made well over 34 BTC on this website and has opened this server for the community. It has been running for about a week and all has gone smoothly. All players get their loans of little amounts until they have built up their trust in order to loan bigger amounts. The owner sends the player (bits) on the site of their choice (bustabit or bustadice). There is not much that can be proven that he will not default the downpayment, but giving it a try is the only way to prove that he is legit.

As you are not the owner of the discord then why you have posted the lending service here. Here only those people create topics who need a loan or provide a loan. As you are posting here if there is anything wrong then you will be responsible for that. Though there is no reason to believe you. You have just created an account only to promote other lending services. If they want to make the service then they will post it here.

I’m just trying to give his server more attention. He seems like he wants to give to those who are trusted within the community. I have not just created this account just to promote the server, I made it in December for selling and just thought that this might be a good place to advertise this server.

If he isn't charging interest on the loans, how is he making any money at all?  Seems like he's only able to lose if the loans are defaulted, or earn if he runs off with the down payment.  What gives?

He’s not currently making any money but I’m sure things will change at some time. The loans are small right now, so when he loses money, its not much to him.

Well you are only making easy way for scammers to scam you actually IMO. In forum it is quite difficult compared to this as user either has to put something in collateral or one could only take a no-collateral loan if they have a good reputation (which takes years to build). Now in your situation, I can easily earn your trust with some loan repayments and when I am into a category where I have to pay lowest down payment and can get highest loan amount then I can scam easily.

What I got if I scam (just for example):

Amount: 1BTC - 10% downpayment= 0.9 BTC


And, what I lost:

An account which I created some weeks ago.

Moreover you are lending gamblers, so you should know what kind of peoples you are lending to. Also downpayment is not an alternate for Collateral. I would suggest asking him to review his idea of this form of lending.

You are right it is obviously a scam attempt. They are trying to steal money by calling it as a downpayment. Who has no website, no bitcointalk profile they are worse than a brand new account on bitcointalk.

Ive never asked for his reasoning behind this but I’m sure its to help preventing himself from being scammed. Ive given the downpayments myself along with many others on the server and still got the loans.

No. in the above example, a 50 bit, no collateral loan is being made after the “down payment” is accounted for. There is no reason to require a down payment.
