Have you tried themeforst yet? You can find a theme easily and if you know the basic html/css then you can modify the theme very easily.

I can do that for you after finding a theme if you do not know the basics.

Once we will have a deal then I will ask you to find a good theme from themeforest. If you need my help in finding a theme then I can do that for a $15 worth of BTC upfront. This does not include the customization/editing the theme.

Once we find a theme then I can modify it for you if you pay me the half payment upfront and escrow the other half payment to a trusted escrow.

I know this question wasn't directed at me, but as I have agreed to make this website for OP so I will try to answer it.
I have ignored all the red trust because there was nothing about VINSIN being a thief. Only account dealer.
Decision to ignore all the warnings was dictated by a will of offering this guy a chance for at least partial redeem also I was a little bored  xD and wanted to do something useful.

So far OP blew this little chance I gave him.
He took the website prototype, promised to call me back and implied sending me some BTC.
Now he is silent, did not deliver.

But I'm not angry ᕙ(✿ ͟ʖ✿)ᕗ
