I need several people to enliven the site that I built. I need people who believe in prospects and not people who want quick money in the early days. Later I will implement a fair share of results. I need 1 or 2 people from each country. If you're not planning to offer a developer anything in exchange for their hard work, how can you expect them to work on your site. Let's face it, no one does anything for free.
You should probably give some more information on what you plan to offer in exchange for their services.
