# Introduction

VIGCoin is base on cryptonote and cryptonight/Monero V7(formerly cryptonight) currently.
It will be a ASIC resistant cryptocurrency. And finally Proof of Requests will be applied.

The goal for VIGCoin is to

1. Reduce energy consuming in coin forging, which proof of request will be introduced soon.
2. Reduce complexity for end users to buy anything on the web or in the real life.
3. Keep untraced from anyone.
4. Developer driven other than Miner driven.
5. Operational, Exchangable, profitable as a running node .

1. Migrate most C++ based code to Typescript, make it more web friendly and accelerating developing speed.
2. Get mobile based and remote rpc based wallet ready, where blockchain sync is not a must for end users.
3. Move consensus from Pow to PoRs.
4. Integrate pool, explorer, coind, wallet service into one node.
5. Release Web API for web payment integration.

This coin is trying to provide usability for ordinary people, not for miners.
And it's developer driven.
Its value is based on functionalities it can provide as a coin/money.
Currently mining is just a way to coin distribution.

No one can profit from mining at current state.

when PoRs is ready, mining will be stopped.

I agree, why are people so greedy, they miss the opp to get real miners onboard.

What drives crypto industry?
One of the most important reasons is greed.
For so many shit coins are created.

If vig coin is going to be another shit coin, you may just ignore it ;D

20% premine for developer- its so huge-
also 20 percent not stated clearly when it goes,  but still its very huge-
one comment is right a pottential dump can be happen- unless its stated where each part of the 20 % will be used.
plus the official site is in chinese 😅 i cant understand even one word.

We think development and everyday service are more important than mining.

And Mining will finally stopped after Proof of Requests is implemented.

No one cares about the technology, but vig coin is not, And it is going to change something, when it is ready. ;D

VIG COIN values development and service not mining.

People don't care about if the money is mined by themselves, so is vigcoin users.

Vigcoin will provide service to make it valuable. Not just because it is a fork of an old coin.

VIG is going to be listed on QBtc soon.
