I recently got a new job. Everything seems to be normal, people are not bad ... But when I began to tell them about the crypto world, they began to look at me like an idiot. There was a joke on me and all such crap. They view progressive technologies as something unreal, that there can be nothing like that and all this is deception. They continue to keep their savings in banks, gold, and even just under the pillow (Russian joke). If the new technology does not enrich them, then this is bullshit .. Some easier to bet on sports than start investing in cryptocurrency. And so I think: they just do not understand the essence or is they really so impassable stupid? ???

Perhaps they have the same opinion about you. What can you learn from that?

When the first cars came out they were limited to 5 kmh and had someone with a red flag walk in front to warn other traffic. People complained that they frightened horses and made cows milk turn sour. People dislike change. They are sceptical of new technology and like to feel safe. Early adopters of technology dont necessarily win with their investment. Some investments will bomb. But early adopters do promote and contribute to the development of the new technology. I don't recommend investing in crypto unless you are keen to learn about it. Without understanding what crypto is and how it works you will easily lose everything you buy. Unless you want to learn about it - it is not necessarily stupid to avoid crypto. A lot of investors in January 2017 are much worse off now.

There are people who still doubt cryptos because there's nothing to back them up. Let them do whatever they want with their money.

Yes you are right. But don't people want to get rid of inequality? Do they not want to break the whole damn system, when one is fattening without measure, and hundreds of others are starving? That is, people like to be slaves! And then back to the feudal system?

Yes, shit, today you won, and tomorrow you lost twice as much, but life goes on without meaning any further ... These stupid wars, thousands of victims, migrants, and less and less breakthrough technologies, humanity is dumb ...

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion about things.  They may not understand the purpose of crypto.  Just move on and find like minded people and talk crypto with them

in real life, very few people understand me in terms of cryptocurrency. even my wife calls me crazy .. so I have to go online.. :)

Just continue with your work,show them how will crypto bring you another fortunes,let them see the benefits of this currency’s with their own eye and trust me,they will beg you to teach and tell them story’s sooner,this is what i did wayback 2017 when my community talks that bitcoin is a scam now most of them are investors in different coins

It happens in my circle a lot. As soon as I mention Bitcoin, people are like "ahhahah I knew bitcoin is going to be dead" or "how much did you lose on that scam". But it's okay, they are the ones who will miss out.

Of course I will continue, because I truly believe. just when the future comes, these people will enrage me, they will be with bulging eyes proving me that they did not say that and always believed in the crypto. Deers!

those are just hypocrites but when they see something very special happening on crypto world, I bet you they will come running their ass just to be involved with it. lol

As a community we should be trying to educate these people. They are not stupid, they just haven't been educated yet. Good luck and keep going.

Some people are not as accepting to change especially the older generations. I remember when I told my parents about crypto, just because they didnt understand they said it's a scam.

it seems like you are from my country where people tends to pay attention to failed projects and got excited for not been part of it. they believed that nothing good comes from online investment. "it is not possible," they said.   "if i can't see my real money on my hands, then it is fake. any thing virtual is not real" . but back then they keep on anticipating to be part of it.

Yes, of course I study here, a person studies all his life. My life motto in general is: “Don't be ashamed of not knowing something, shame not wanting to know!” Perhaps I do not exactly express my thoughts, all the same, English is not my native language. You cannot say that people are stupid because they don't know about cryptocurrency, you can only call a person stupid if he really done something wrong or make wrong decisions in other things.

Yes. I have a lot of stupid in my life and making bad decisions, especially in cryptocurrency i always make bad decisions is selling my tokens in a low price that i didn't get any good profit from it and not buying Bitcoin before the price starts to increase. I run into the same problem when I tell atheists about God and religion.

Do you believe in God? If God isn't "a joke ... and all such crap," then He is way more important than crypto. If you don't believe in God, are you going to look at me as an idiot because I do?

Don't say stupid to them because they don't believe in cryptocurrency. Better you don't need to ignore their point of view of you. Prove to them that investing in crypto can be more successful than them. Make them regret for not following your steps to start investing in new technology.
