That’s a lot of money on single bet, well maybe you really afford to lose that kind of money but still a lose is a lose. Next time bet on the winning team and make a study before placing any bet especially if you are betting huge money. Learn from this experience, and stay rich.

Yeah, he's rich. He said $30k is not that much.  ;D Anyway, if he can lost that much in one single bet, it means he had won already in his past bets, maybe more than that. That's part of the gambling world. You are ready to lose what you wagered.

Any reason afterwards to regret making the bet beforehand, as in big clues to go the other way or just hold the bet.     It seems impossible to know how each team is feeling on the day/  Hope you made money elsewhere past that 30k, I'd hate to only place one bet and lose it like that whatever the figures

It's really a poor performance by Rams, imagine scoring 3 points, it's the superbowl for Christ's sake, but they the offense choke. Sorry for your lost dude, it's a big money but yeah, everyone is disappointed as well.

And just read what Andrew Whitworth have to say, ""At the end of the day "you're all gonna die.", LMAO.

Having patriots scored 13?rams still did a great defensive game ,but sad to hear you have lost that huge amount for a one time superbowl and im sorry for that

Perhaps next year you should wait Greenbay Packers if lucky to play in Superbowl for sure you will win that time lol 😋😂😜

I really wanted to see the Patriots win after that no-call on pass interference by the Rams against New Orleans... Yeah, you know the play I'm talking about.  Justice in my opinion and the Dynasty lives on.

I guess you're not a small time bettor because losing $30k seems not a big deal for you, for others that amount already means a lot. Anyway, that's the life of a gambler, sometimes you win sometimes you lose so better luck next time. Just always remember that risk what you can only afford to avoid regression.

Why you risk $30,000 in the gambling? We know playing gambling is too dangerous and we must know how much money we use instead of using a lot of money. You say that $30,000 is not much, but for other people, it's a lot of money. I think you are too greedy to chase the money. This time, you make a big mistake because you place big money inside the gambling games. Make it your lesson so, on the other days, and you don't make the same mistake.

Woah. $30,000 is a huge amount i can buy a house in lot here in my country. This is why gambling really based on luck because even professional players loses on unexpected manner. The odds are 50% anyways but if I were the one who loses with that kind of huge bet, i will be really angry like you.

If 30K USD isn't a lot to you, I'm curious what you would consider to be a big loss?
Better luck next time though, might want to consider switching teams in the future :P

Also, on which website did you place your bet?

I believe 30.000 is a lot to lose for anyone. The problem with gambling is that we get too greedy, and want to make lots of money. Don't forget that gambling is a fun money... 30 k is not reasonable amount for fun money ... Unless you are in a casino with hokers
I think even in a casino its too much

He must be very rich, well they are some gamblers that are willing to lose that money so its nothing for them if they lose more. Betting on sports is good compare to some gambling games just try to bet more on stronger team. He might be loyal for the team that he bet on, unfortunately they lose on that match.

Why is everyone stuck on the 30 thousand dollar part of it ? I mean there are people who gamble millions of dollars into these things, it all depends on how much money you have. Given if this person did had a lot of money he wouldn't write here and would chuck it as a fun thing but at the end of the day he still had 30 thousand dollars to gamble away which is more than many people can afford.

Also, what were you thinking, Tom Brady versus Goff was always Brady getting another bowl, I mean its arguably one of the greatest QB that ever lived against a third year player, it was already decided before the game even started. Unless some runner managed to get away and find space or some safety falling or something leaving a WR open, it was always Pats getting this, even tough I supported Rams I am happy Pats won because I bet on them.

I suggest you ask someone from Cambodia, Bangladesh or any other similar country if anyone there thinks that 30000 dollars is not a good amount, they will all tell you in there it is a life changing amount. Anyway still even to countries like America 30000 dollars on a single bet is not a small amount of money so sorry for your loss.

This is why in gambling we must take that 50/50 chances though i am very disappointed by the result of this annual occasion the biggest america has in superbowl.never in my dreams to see Rams having 3 points the lowest of the entire superbowl has.

But that is really a huge amount to just spend for a single game

Think you need to grow up dude, there are billionaires everywhere.  A large segment of the population buys mansions and rolls royce cars like it is nothing.  Just because you are living in poverty doesn't mean everyone else is.  If you have just $1billion you can make $60million a year easily off investments doing no work at all which is over $1million a week.

Gambling is high risk activity so if you can afford to loss, better stop gambling.
Stock trading become less risky but need some effort to learn about chart.
Deposito is the easiest way to earn profit but small amount monthly !

Normal gamblers indeed can't afford to lose that much, with OP's he said "not much" but for a simple player like me won't take that risk, I'll use that money or invest  with something that will benefits me, though he's just sharing his sentiments about the loses that he got playing with the rams but us who read it imply right away the amount of money he used.

Not sure but maybe OP bets outside crypto sports betting he didn't give any statement about this, curios if there's a heavy gamblers inside crypto house.

For you maybe not a lot of money, but for most people in this world it's about a real small fortune. I only wonder if you have invested that amount money in bet, or this was a possible gain? There is a big difference in how much you invest and how much you can win with this bet...

However it is good that such lost does not represent something big for you, maybe next year your team will win, and you will also win your bet ;)

He probably did. That was a bet against all odds. You answer on how to change 30K in to 300K  ;D
When one is ready to loose money, such swaps are sometimes possible. All you need is luck, guts and some cash.
Not for sensitive people though. Somehow is hard for me to believe that he is so ambivalent about this lose but why not.

Well mate, I understand the disappointments you are feeling right now. If I were you, I would also feel the same. But I do understand as well that you can get back your losses. You're still a winner since you had a chance to bet that big amount of cash for once. Why don't you change your team next time and try to win it? If you want, you can actually stop betting and begin investing another stuff. That would be a better option.

To bet this much on one game is because you either do not bet on a regular basis or you have money to afford to lose this much on a 1 hour match up.
It might not be much to some people but it is alot to most of the population.

You may have a slight gambling addiction dude.  Something that may require you to stop completely.
Its not ok to look at the jokes and mock someone after they admit to losing such a huge amount of money.
This is in fact what is called life changing money - some people dont even make that much in 1 year of hard labor.
Its ok to make jokes but always remember someone is hurting deep down for him to post this story.

The amount of a single bet may differ from person to person and if we compared it with most gamblers here, $30k is a very huge amount of money. I myself if have the chance to have it, for sure will not risk it at a single bet. $30k can cover my needs for more than a year btw! I was thinking the same as you because when someone is very rich, and he spends in the gambling games, the amount will bigger than the other people. His bet amount will be made some people cannot believe that he spend that amount because they only use some money in the gambling games. $30,000 is a lot of money, and I am sure that he still has more million dollars in his account and he still playing gambling because he is like to gamble in the games.

only this time ? what about last time ? gambling is not time dependent . you can won or loose no matter what day or time you are playing  .  you cant also say that 30k usd is not a big deal because damn man that was already a verry huge amount of cash . i can retire and live for a lifetime having that cash but i think i cannot afford to gamble it all  .

30k is a very big amount, Players who have can afford to gamble with this kind of money, probably don't need more money:)
Most of the players I know, would be happy 24/7 for the next 365 days if they won what you bet on that game.

Anyway, Sorry to heat about your loss, never fun to loose no matter what the amount is.

Its all relative, people like Michael Jordan used to bet 50k-100k on simple golf games.  What really matters is what percentage of your total net worth you are risking on a bet.  Same goes for donating to charity, people make a big deal when someone like Jeff Bezos donates 20 million dollars but that is a stupidly low amount of his overall net worth.

Damn, $30k on a single bet? That's a lot of money for a single bet, you know. Some of us could make a living already with that kind of money.
I know what you feel dude but to think that you bet that kind of amount, you must be richy rich.
I wonder if it is fiat or crypto that OP is using as i am curious too that would like to see some details. :D

It's not much? Maybe for you it's not much but for a lot of people it is a huge amount mate. Feeling sad that you have lost such a big amount. Anyway, I do not think it is wise decision to bet such a huge amount on a single bet.

This is why mindsets are like the time, relative.

I agree that taking a set amount of money and splitting it into smaller bets can end up being more fun, since he says it's not much it was done for fun of course.

In this case for example, what about doing three bets of $10k or six bets of $5?. You end up having more fun with the exact same amount of money.

Lol. I would only bet that huge amount if i'm really sure about winning. Though you placed that big a bet so probably you can afford to lose that much as well. I know a lot of people also lost simply because they're betting against tom brady winning another bowl lol.

Well, that's indeed not that big money, but if I were you, I wouldn't do a single bet for the whole amount. I'd rather split it in three parts like: $20k for Superbowl, $5k for slots and $5k for dice - more chances to win and more fun. Though, just my preferences, you must be a big fan of football. :)

Almost i do read up on this thread telling that $30k is a big amount but OP do tell that this isnt much for him.So, it doesnt matter he do lost it up but the thing here is that
making that single bet believing that it would be 100% precise win but well we do know gambling that it can turn the results upside down on we least expected.

This sucks, $30,000 lost because I bet on the rams. UGH

I know its not much but still sucks the rams offense is so shit, only scored 3 points, un fucking believable.

$30,000 was already a large amount of money for me that I can't even imagine losing up something like that because I can already buy all my needs with those amount you have just spend for a bet. But it seems you are not regretting that much for your lost maybe you are a rich man to spend that amount of money for a bet. You are playing with no control and not thinking of how much money you have already lost. Even I do have a lot of money like you, I will really spend that much for a game because its ridiculous. That is why whenever I am playing into the  online casino (https://to.crwd.cr/smtm) i am currently into, I only place on small bets just to enjoy myself playing with the variety of games they have because spending lot of money is not already good for a game because its a waste of resources since there is always a big possibility of lost that wins.

$30,000 is not much?  You should be extremely rich and may have made Alot of money through gambling and betting.  It is a huge amount of money to some of us and those that comes from third world countries will see this amount as a very huge amount.

Boston versus Los Angeles has been a battle in basketball longer than we can know but honestly anyone who thinks Rams would win this game haven't watched Pats all year. I know how Tom Brady is still kicking ass is weird for people but they have a lot of great younger players.

Don't get me wrong before this year Pats had as much losses as their wins on Super bowl so its not like every time they go to finals they win but they have more Superbowl wins than la has been on Superbowl so they lack the experience by a big big margin. Betting 30 thousand dollars on rams shows kind of how reckless and not caring of a person when it comes down to it. If you bet 30 thousand dollars you already are saying you either have an addiction or you are rich, if you bet on Rams with that money tough, that just shows how "fun" it is for you and nothing major.
