ICO watch platform? Will it have a feature like... Scam watch? And how objective will the score and rating be?

How can you develop the project according to the roadmap with a team of only 4 people? Will you recruit more?

I'm not sure if they can run according to roadmap because now it's very difficult to get a lot of investors unless they have partners who have big names on blockchain

What will happen if they will not reach their ICO targets? Another abandoned project? People had already enough with failed ICO projects, the reason why it is very tough to get them on board with new ones.

It is not about ICO per se, it is about the quality of the average ICO. Often times they are just awfully bad in all respects. Good ones may still get funded, but it will be harder. The industry is still vibrant.

MICA project is real and do not aim to any kind of scam, we already clarified the issue but may be some try to win more trust points on bitcointalk without detailed check, it is hard work to call an ico to be finally scam because every project surly had hard effort by its team. We must differentiate between mistakes may be done by writer or any other mistalk and between scam. Scam projects do not have real team identity and unique idea.
