If you can maintain this kind of service that you have been providing right now, you will get more users in the near future quickly.

Each exchangers do have the chance to get a marketshare but would depend on how their service would satisfy into is users.Exchange business is

somehow saturated and there are lots of them appearing everynow and then thats why its really hard to trust on new but we can try it out and they might

It's been a while since i use their service and i have to say that i didn't face any kind of issues.
Easy to use and very convinient if you need some fast exchange. The fees are good so as the speed of the transactions.

I don't use often these type of exchangers but in a case of emergency, i would use it again.

Everything on the website was a lot better. But if there was an account creating system then it would have been better. Moreover, the website is very fast. I was able to deal very quickly. The design is also very attractive. But you should add more cryptocurrency. And it would have been nice to have a profit calculator on the website.

I totally disagree with the users that say that not having a registration system is a negative thing, I think it's both faster and more decentralized.

As for the exchange everything was great, transaction went through quickly after some confirmations, it's great that users have two options for fees to choose from (float rate and fixed rate), interface looks great and does not look like simple and incomplete.

 After a short research, I found these guys just want to make money with dirty methods.
Both guys are from Bangladesh and they make small tasks on social media with fake accounts.

Made an exchange using their service and liked how much faster it was compared to doing the same transaction using another site which offers this same service.
My bitcoin was sent from my wallet and in about 10 seconds it was showing as received on the site. Then the exchange took no time at all when usually I had to wait for the another site to finish their exchange which took from 20-35 minutes at times to complete.
The amount of ethereum I requested was sent to my wallet in a flat 40 seconds after it showed as being sent from the site.
Was very satisfied with the site and its ability to exchange bitcoins to altcoins so fast and efficiently.

Willing to share my feedback with this exchange. I usually use mixing services for not leaving any trace behind the transactions and i always have doubts about tracked transactions. No matter how strong fundamentals are the main base of blockchain technology, anonymity level is dependent on some factors.    
Everything was as expected and fees are super low in fixedfloat. I also wanted to use changelly but unfortunately, they have a higher limit for minimum deposits depending on the coin. The best part of using the fixedfloat is 1.5 $ minimum required amount for testing this service. Just single confirmation and my ETH has arrived at my stated address. Thanks for making such service.

The thing i do like is the minimum deposit actually which isnt really the same on those other service like shapeshift and changelly.I hope this wont imply KYC for a while. lol

KYC is a term from banking practice, and banks, as we all know, make money on bureaucratic restrictions. The nature of cryptocurrency is contrary to any restrictions and allows you to transfer value freely and without intermediaries.

Was wanting to exchange some ethereum for bitcoin and I remember doing it using another service two weeks ago for ethereum. But even with their reduced fees of 0.25% it still didnt equal out in favor for the customer. You still need to consider the 0.002eth they remove from the estimated value you will receive back when you check their platforms page.

So decided to go back with fixedfloat for this one because it came out to be a better value without this 0.002eth fee being removed to what you are expecting in return after the trade is gone and done. By the time I edited the first image the transaction had already gone through and began saving the screens of the end results. :)

Noticed when trying to do a ripple to ethereum exchange it did not work since the sending address does not have a tag number associated which is needed from the site I am sending the ripple from.

Interesting! I will try it again because it said not a valid address when I entered it into the site where I was withdrawing from.
But will try it again using your suggestion on how to get the tag. Sending double the amount so it is worth more this time so hope it works out.

Looks like there's something wrong with the pair. If you hop on their permalink for ETH TO BTC (https://fixedfloat.com/exchange/eth-to-btc) it would return btc -> btc, manually adding the said pair doesn't work either. But the reverse button works fine with other pairs like xmr <-> btc, ltc <-> usdt

Yesterday by mistake I signed a contract with a discord bot (BSC) where I gave him permissions to withdraw my BUSD (I have all the HASH) and obviously he stole my money (300$), I know for many it is not so much, but the truth is money that hurts me to lose. Having lost hope of getting it back, the scammer sent something more than 5BNB to the hot wallet FixedFloat and I just sent them an email with the situation hoping for a response and send them all the proof of what happened. I am writing this here because on the FixedFloat website they put this forum as one of their networks, I want to make my situation known in this regard and that it does not remain as just another scam that could not be solved. I have no problem waiting for them to do their own investigation and be more aware that I am not the only one scammed by the scammer's wallet.

Found a small bug on service

Since Fixedfloat is a regulated service, here you need scammer's exchange information which is classified as privacy. I doubt you will get that information without providing a warrant of authority. As per their policy:

Fixedfloat only provides the data the authorities need to investigate your case, they will not necessarily conduct an investigation that is not the service's responsibility. But I will look forward to your updates.

This is of interest to me after over a nearly two years later!
I tried sending ripple from another exchange to a wallet address last night and I provided all information needed to do the transaction via xrp:
XRP deposit address and destination tag
The exchange just wrote the tag in the note and did not include it in the transaction as it was documented by myself before submitting it.

If I knew about x-type addresses I would of sent it this way if the wallet supported it on their platform.
Then I wouldn't be without my rather large transaction of ripple needing to be processed after all security measures have been fulfilled by the operator of the wallet.
