Title: Black Friday sales. Polymerbit
Post by: Odile123 on February 08, 2019, 07:07:20 AM
Hello Polymerbit,

Would you be kind enough to give us news regarding backordered notes
that your customers paid in November and were supposed to be shipped
early January?

Thanks.

Hello Odile123,

These notes are scheduled to arrive anytime between January and late March (Q1= Quarter 1).

We are waiting for an update from our substrate provider.

Without the special paper for this project, we cannot start printing.

A small little sneak peak on what we are planning:

As soon as we have an update, we will let you know.

It's painful. But I promise you its worth it.

Hint 2:
We have to rely on a banknote printing company.

Perhaps, it might be a good idea to ship the items in stock and the backordered items after.
