The total circulation is 48,000,000 coins. Premined were in about 5,000,000 coins (from the Genisis block until February 11th. So it's 43,000,000. You have to keep in mind that the block reward is slowly dropping. This will take much longer than 7 years for all coins to be mined. POS we will bring a little later, if the community agrees. The idea is to introduce a hypride if the mining alone becomes absolutely unprofitable. If we do that, we also have to calculate exactly how the staking reward should look like.
