The best would be a virtual credit card that works with any name and address and has about 3€/ 3$/ 3£ credit. online access to the cards transaction history directly or over the seller is required, so i can get the verification code.

There are still some vendors at Bitify.com's site who offer such services "You can find them by searching through the site". In addition to the escrow provided by the site and the new update of the rules of selling cards, I think you will be safe.
