Post by: MiningBuddy on March 11, 2014, 01:57:54 PM For the rare occasion that I need to do things like this I use the adobe to PDF printer plugin and just print the PDF file (http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/acrobat/print-to-pdf.html) there's many free alternatives to this but it should give you an idea :)
