Ember Sword is certainly one of the major ones out of them. Most crypto games are still in static collectible phase and open world games are almost negligible. The other big one is Hash Rush but with a major focus on RTS. And then their is Axie Infinity which also has land system and open world exploration to some extent. It will be fun to see how all these games evolve and most importantly gets adopted by not just crypto gamers but mainstream gamers as well.
Between any idea how much a lowest tier land might cost? Will it be within reach of most players or mostly dolphins and whales? Land sales are just a way for funding the game. As he said lands don't give any gameplay advantages, but allow for communities to be built around them. I am seeing many land sale related crypto gaming projects this year. Most notably Axie Infinity and MyCryptoHeroes will be implementing land ecosystems in coming months. Both of them are top 5 ETH games. And with EmberSword, I think we'll see a lot more evolution in this space. The price was so cheap and I must pay more as I wanna play this game. There will be around 160,000 plots of player owned land in the game spanning over the four nations of Thanabus. All of these will be sold at retail price before they hit the secondary market.
