Title: PHISHING SCAM ON VERSION 3.3.3 - SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME Post by: Ree500 on February 14, 2019, 12:40:35 AM Last week I lost several BTC to the Phishing scam, I was using a older version of Electrum. I told my story on this forum and received several responses that I appreciated. I like to hear from intelligent people. I like hearing what they think.
I downloaded version 3.3.3 onto a new PC and now I am getting a message in lower right-hand corner that says "UPDATE TO 3.3.4 IS AVAILABLE." I thought version 3.3.3 was immune to the phishing scam. Can someone explain this? This is a new pc with version 3.3.3 downloaded just yesterday. What you see is not a phishing scam, it's a new feature.
