Post by: leowonderful on February 14, 2019, 11:01:05 PM I usually use DraftKings for fiat betting whenever I'm not betting with the crypto I have as it's a US-based site and the tournaments on the site are usually bustling and bigger than most crypto fantasy sites out on the net currently. DraftKings does block IPs from certain states in the USA due to certain regulations that prevent the site from correctly operating in certain jurisdictions, but it's still one of the biggest fantasy betting names out there and the site's also very intuitive to use. Sucks that they don't accept crypto, but still a great site nevertheless.

I know it sounds weird but people are not amazingly friendly with each other right now, from social media to online presence people are getting more and more distant from each other face to face and get more familiar through screens instead of actually talking. That is why online world is more social than real world now.
Considering the talking and networking became more online and why fantasy world became more online as well. On a regular fantasy you need to get together with a group of friends and build a fantasy draft league and go from there, with draftkings you do not need that, you can join in on some random strangers and just go with that and even tough you don't know the people you can just contact via trades and all that. Basically, takes out the personalized stuff in other fantasy leagues and makes it more online and can be played with strangers which is why its awesome. Its always like that for chat messages for example, whatsapp, telegram, slack, discord and all other similar stuff, same for social media (do I really need to give examples). Now, draftkings is making one thing different but don't mistake it because its still a social media, only thing they do differently is you are with people who are playing fantasy draft.
Normally, what do you need to do to play a fantasy league? You need to have friends or find people online to do that, what does draftking achieve? Bringing people who want to play in a fantasy league together to actually have that circle of people together and let them play. That is why they are so trending. |
