And after implementation the privacy of user will increase. Does anyone knows any information on this? When is the launch or is it cancelled? Or is a fake news? A little bit of google search delivers the same approximate date you mentioned - the end of Q1 2019. These things are not so easy to implement, so I would not be surprised if they take more time. The other question is if zkSNARKs will be optional or mandatory in all transactions. I think the way it was presented is that privacy will be optional.
