May be someone knows where to look for a bayer? And is it possible to find buyers for bitcoin in general?

I dont think just the pics with nickname would help. Although pics will surely be helpful in making the sale, some proof that you own the restaurant(with some crucial details blurred out if needed) would really help as well. If you want the potential buyers to take you seriously that is. You dont have to post the authenticity pic out in public on the forum but you can mention that you would provide it via. personal message when asked. Would be great.

Of course we can give the proof that we own Hotel Resort, actually it's public information, anyone can get official documents in justice of Kazakstan online. I can post this my photo and if anyone need in personal message provide other nedded docs. Anyway, deals like this registred in justice of Kazakstan, therefore whatever buyer need to go to Kazakstan personally. We will meet buyer in Kazakstan, place it in our hotel and give some time for an audit.

But crucial question: where to lookk for a buyer and where to advertise?
I heard about some deals in California, where Chinese billioner bought a couple of houses for bitcoins. But where find people like him?

I think you can arrange to meet up with the buyer if you already get some buyer because it is difficult to make a deal with someone else without we know the product. Maybe you can offer to the people around your city, and I think people will take a look at the hotel and if they are interested, they will make an offer with you. And for people on here who have an interest in the hotels, I think it is better to visit the hotel so he can see how good the hotel than to see the picture only.

Mate, dont put all the info online for everyone to see. Somebody can try to steal your identity and try to sell it to some unsuspecting buyer. Only produce it when asked. We get it, your ownership is legitimate. There are enough trolls online that might possibly attempt what I said above. On top of that, you could get into legal trouble which I'll explain via. PM if needed.

Typically on this forum you have a lot of low value goods for sale; coins, bouillon, art, etc.  Some have posted large value items but I haven't seen too many successful ones.  Either way good luck with your sale

use escrow for the love of god if you do do the transaction for bitcoin

you really need some way to vouch that you actually are selling the property, what it looks like, where it is exactly, revenue, etc. there is just such little information in your original post that this seems too good to be true

Nobody is going to buy a property worth 8 million without checking proper information mate and a visit to the location as well. Talking about escrow, Im not sure I or anybody else would be comfortable putting 8 million$ worth crypto to an escrow. Probably the funds will be sent only after signing the papers and taking the custody of the property legally. That's what I think anyways.

Encrypt your msg if, at all you would like to send such info's via pm.  Because this is bitcoin forum, it's not a casual niche forum

FYI: when someone request proof of ownership, they mean you should provide certain info's to certify that you are authorize to sell or have access to this deal.

In this case, a team photograph which comprises of the staff member's is a strong proof however, this is not sufficient you should go a little further by holding a writing note i.e  this hotel is for sale + inclusion of your bitcoin forum ID.
