The sender told me i can see my payment on block explorer: https://blockstream.info/tx/1a9a4679fd9de34b0685a45b7d01cad4133137eaf5072810456cd81b34b047f2 and should contact my purse provider. Upgrade your Electrum wallet to the latest version.
In this version, not only you have synchronization issues (which is probably why the coins aren't showing), but you are also vulnerable to a big security vulnerability and fake update messages that try to make you download a malware-fake version of Electrum. P.S: The only legit website is ELECTRUM.ORG; Never download Electrum from any other website and always DOUBLE-CHECK the URL. Just to be clear, you have downloaded the latest Electrum (3.3.4 at this moment) from the official source and then set the notifications for an update? Because there is no automatic notifications update on previous Electrum. So if you're saying you're using the old version but you activate/setup the automatic notifications updates, then it's possible you're using a fake Electrum.
