Hey It would be nice you include all the details you put up on your steemit post here.
Make a full account of what happened so that it's easier to follow and help you out.
I have sent out an open scam accusations alert to one of their main threads

Hello!
Your transaction has been finally processed. We really appreciate your patience and very sorry for inconvenience. This was an extraordinary case for us and we will do our best to fix this in future.
Your previous transaction was made more than a year ago. Since that our database has been updated several times so your transaction was not saved. On top of that your previous winnings came from free tickets of the referral program which is not active anymore. That's why it took a while to find your funds.
Thank you for your understanding. Please delete your "scam" article from steemit, we would really appreciate that. As we are not scam. Thanks!

If the problem is solved, why is the topic still not removed? Essentially?

So is the withdraw from Op fixed? (to remove the negative trust).

I really find hard for me to believe that one website will risk their reputation for a very low amount like this one.

I had some problems too with my withdraw but after a few emails it has been fixed it seems was a bug on the account, maybe OP got the same problem.

Should be fixed now, OP should get online and confirm that he was sorted. I don't know why he is taking longer to respond. Hopeful he doesn't leave the forum for good without making a confirmation here since it looks like his account is inactive most of the time.

Alt account is banned (when they have an avatar and no signature we can assume they are banned a quick search on bpip will confirm it)

OP is now redtagged for ban evading also he should be banned from mods for ban evading.

Tag has been removed since TrueFlip.io processed payment. Op should mark this thread resolved. Since OP not responding here so there is no reason to keep feedback's. I also don't think they will make trouble with this small payment. It's really not expect from this kind of website. However perhaps there was something wrong.

Because it stays as a reference for future cases. It's nice to have signs before one decides to trust a casino with their money.

Op is not active but the accusation was quite accurate and was only resolved after creating a thread here. This shows how a website wasn't really serious about paying them unless their reputation was questioned.

The problem I got has been resolved by emails without any words on the forum.

Yes, OP accusation was valid and that's why I had tagged them. Since TrueFlip have stated that problem has been resolved I had removed my tag. I am not sure if any other open accusation against them. If OP not respond then how tag should remain ? Any website could occured problem regarding withdrawal and obviously there is solution. I don't know if OP had tried to contact with them via support system. So for single solved accusation tag isn't appropriate in my opinions for this kind of website.

this site: https://bpip.org is very useful, and I did not know that the other OP account had been banned

was only resolved after creating a thread here.

Many sites related to crypto provide bad service and have serious problems of making payments to their clients or users and always the owners of these sites use many arguments to not pay. And this situation has worsened every year.

This shows how a website wasn't really serious about paying them unless their reputation was questioned.

I agree
