This week Bitcoin has begun to show a good increase and I think many people are happy and happy with the current increase,
will the price be as soon as possible to recover at $ 20,000?

Not yet but we are heading to that level again. Its too early to say that we can hit $20k easily, but this current pump give us hope and we should wait for more good news. At the last quarter of 2019 great prices will be made so wait for that and do invest of course.

Bitcoin prices are very possible to increase. for some time, bitcoin and the majority of altcoins have started to increase. the increase that occurred was indeed in the range of 8 to 15p percent. but this is good enough, we need price stability to be able to reach a much higher level. now we are on a positive track, maintaining and increasing our confidence in the digital currency.

The price just take a quick jump but not further than you think. Still struggling though to break the $4,000 mark.

Nothing wrong to asked questions like that and there are always chances for another ATH but for now let's just focus first on a realistic thing that can really happen.

No one can exactly answer you question because no can predict the bitcoin price in the future because all things in the future is unpredictable  but its better to expect more in the future and prepare yourself if something happen.

I believe even I did not see what will happen but I still trust the bitcoin as one of the great coins in the crypto world that someday bitcoin price will hit again in the 20k USD and now I will just waiting until  that things will happen.

Reaching $20000 is not a easy task. Bitcoin is just starting to grow. It needs more time for big hit. Obviously we will be happy if it hits $20000 again. For a better market conditions, we should support bitcoin by investing and holding.

Well, theres nothing wrong with hoping for the price to be back at ATH, but lets face reality that it is almost impossible for the price to rally back that high these days. We dont have triggering factor or a very good news, that will make the investors grow their interests towards the cryptospace.

Bitcoin price has increased a little during last week but this doesn't mean it will hit 20.000$ anytime soon in the future. It's been more than half a year since bitcoin price is dropping and I think it's time to show people some respect for letting them waiting for so long with no sign of any increase. Im expecting to hit at least 10.000$ this summer and even though the possibility is very low I vCard might go towards $20k at the end of the year, but that's unlikely.

Agreed, but we need to know about the previous time's ath. The marching towards the ath took place from the price around ₹5000 when people were speculating it to reach around $8000-$10000. So we can't conclude there isn't any triggering factor, it gets triggered of its own. An ignition in terms of adoption or positive news in large level is the one required.

No way.We will have to wait for about 2 years for a new ATH.The current price increase is most likely a bull trap.Maybe some crypto whales started buying btc slowly.The price might reach 5K or 6K USD somewhere around the spring,but it will crash again,during the summer.

Not too soon because of it still hard for the price to increase in this month or next month. Yes, we are happy to see the price reach $4k, but now, I think we can buy more bitcoin while the price corrects so we can hold for a while until the price can increase more than $4500 soon. We still don't know when the price can reach $20,000 like what we saw in 2017-2018, but we will go to that number in the future. Just hold your bitcoin and only sell in the price you really want.

haha, no it won't happen "as soon as possible". if you wanted to become rich overnight then you came to the wrong place.

what will happen is an initial slow rise with a lot of corrections that will look like bull traps and shake a lot of newbie traders and weak hands out while whales become bigger and then slow rise continues for a while, possibly even until the end of the year and then after all these steps were over we start seeing the newbies come back after about 2x-3x rise and then we see the shoot up start.

Tiggering factors or good news mostly only work when the price is already going up, because people see the price go up, think it's related to x event, and start buying. Currently, even when there is extremely good news, the price won't be reacting to it, and from there people won't buy into the market.

Do you remember the social media ad bans? People believed they were pushing the prices down because the market was in the process of correcting already. Then we had South Korea fud, China fud, India, Goldman Sachs trading desk, etc. People sell or buy based on what the price is doing and ignore Bitcoin when it's stuck between a boring range.

Lol. You're looking way too far ahead dude. Don't get your hopes up that much. It's only a few hundred dollars. Though it's good that we're already seeing green for days, this by far doesn't indicate an upcoming bull season. And i don't think the 20k levels should even be included in any discussion right now.

Can you be patient please,nowadays people already started to forget that $20000 and start to working on their execution with current prices making them remembering will cause the dump in the prices again.
Yes for sure the price will recover either it will happen sooner or later.

It's too soon to say that,and I don't think Bitcoin could recover until 20k it will need process to reach that number again, it's great to see the price going up but this rising is a bit weak, I don't think it will hold for a long time, so don't get your hopes too high

All of us see the great improvement of bitcoin in market where some people predict that it may the key to have another bull run. I am also happy to see the great improvement of the price but we do not if this year the price of bitcoin will hit again the $20000 or its ATH.

$20,000 is not a recovery price for bitcoin but rather an overly-inflated price that was made possible due to excessive FOMO happening and money coming in from credit cards. Recovery price would be somewhere @ $5000-$6000, though I'm pretty sure it isn't possible yet considering how bleak the foundation of this current rise is. Unless we break into the $4000 territory, there's no chance that we will be seeing more gains than what we're having right now.

I really don't understand why you guys are so excited to see the price jump to $20,000. You just have to remember that it took us months or years to see the price hits all-time-high. So in this case, it will not be overnight, we have lost like 80%-90% already, so to get to at least $20,000 there could be waves of bull run to happen, it could take years though.

Actually it's a small increase and it's not so significant. To small to be some serious sign of market recovery. This rise was a good opportunity for traders but is still a very long road to go untill we could say that Bitcoin price is again on the track. So, it's good to see that people are getting more optimistic but don't get too excited and too optimistic too soon, you might get disappointed at the end.

No. $20,000 is far from the reality as of these moments. There's more to go for bitcoin to reach that recovery price you are wanting to hit. We can't even move forward and surpass $4,000. We need to take it slowly and little by little before hoping for a better price. Don't be too hasty, we will be there once again when the market stabilizes. Wait for the effect of those good news that we have heard. It's only a matter of days to months to see their effect.

$20k or even $30k also possible but not at your expected pace. If you want a new ATH to happen within a month then it may come back to current levels at another month of time itself. Do you just want fluctuations of bitcoin markets or sustaining markets ? If we want big levels which will be relatively stable then we must give it enough time to rise up.

There are plenty of good news are happening around the bitcoin ecosystem which must be the core reason why we are having a week long green ticks in bitcoin markets. Hopefully it will last for another few months. We cannot expect continuous market rise up but mixed markets will be a good one for all the bitcoiners.

It all depends on the exchange. Some Asian exchanges touched $23k due to how insane the demand was there. They inflated prices of every coin that they could trade without thinking about tomorrow.

I remember seeing a price difference of $5000 between Stamp and South Korean exchanges. Those who had the connections made a killing exploiting the difference in price.

Regarding OP, it's not that much of a good sign when people ask when the price will reach the previous all time high again. It means they held through the dumps and wait for higher prices to sell....

When prices reached an all time high of $20,000, the market was very unstable due to the hype caused by various social media and experts sharing their opinion. Bitcoin fees were expensive and people believed that the increase would still continue until it started to crumble and lose its value. Now, prices are at $4,000 which was the price around 2017 and a lot of lessons where learned from that event.

I still advise to purchase bitcoins and set a short-term goal until they have accumulated profits depending on your target margin.

That is the problem with most people who invested without knowing or studying the market. Listening and joining the bandwagon without doing research results to poor investing decisions which primarily reflects on how people react when there is a sudden increase on the market.

Bitcoin may not go as high as $20,000 this year but it is going to recover and my prediction should be around $10,000 the highest it can go. Cryptocurrencies market will recover but not as we think.  The recovery may be little by little.

It still a long way to reach $20,000 dude but the market chart is making a positive sign. I hope that it will be a continuous change and along with bitcoin price increase altcoins and other digital coins are also expected to rise.

It can bounce back like 2017 and we know how quickly the price fluctuates. So if any positive news comes around market will bounce back and fly high since its being long time price is far below its par value too. So may be even 20k can be crossed.

The price of bitcoin is starting to improve but to reach the price of 20k it will take a long time, but there is no harm in you hoping for a 20k increase, because it will be your passion to keep holding.

Too fast to see the price will recover at $20k, we are in the lowest price now, and I am not sure when we can see $20k again. But now, yes, I am happy to see bitcoin price can increase higher and be reaching $4k before and I am sure the price can go higher than just $4k. The time will answer and the possibility will always open to seeing $20k (again). Right now, we need to make more and more bitcoin from any trade we can make so when the time comes, we can sell bitcoin to make a lot of money.

as of now we have no idea if there's a possibility that it can surge back to the current ATH.  since the movement is still weak and the strength isn't fully recovered . Maybe this is not the right time to make another speculation for it.  Which is let wait for morw results and just be thankful that its still showing a sign of progress.

You have to be very careful with this increase in the price of BITCOIN, because it can be a clear trap, although I am very enthusiastic for the market to once again become bullish, I think there is still a long way to go, due to my analyzes based on the Wyckoff philosophy, I have identified that we are in a clear phase of accumulation, and in this phase these small increases in prices occur.

Everyone wish bitcoin price recover to $20.000 as soon as possible, but they give credence it is not easy to reach out it. You may know the movement bitcoin price previously (from January 2018-now) if bitcoin price increased then just need a few days/time the price decreased back. It's time we reevaluate our assessment of the market, and stop quantifying it using the last all time high as the bench mark. There are trends in cryptocurrency, but the market does not really follow a pattern.
We are in a new phase now, if most saw it like these, we would stop referring to the current trend as a bearish one.

It seemed to stabilize at these prices, that is good news. I was worried we would have went down already but no we are stuck here and that is really cool. I don't know how long we will be here but I would take increase and staying over increase and decrease any day.

Let's hope we will either stay here or go higher without dropping further down again, that hurts so much, I keep seeing bitcoin going up all the time, even during 2018 when prices went down a lot there was multiple times we hit higher prices and than went down so I don't want the same to happen again. I think its time for us to fuel it a bit more and not panic sell next time we see a small decrease.

I know it will take a lot of money to achieve that but if we get together than we can afford it, or at least afford to not sell bitcoin right away.

This signs is a good start for all who waited so long, and since 2018 more traders expected very big but all been frustrated after all. Yes im happy that it is starting to increase for almost a week now. But i wonder if its the same to those cases where it just increase for days and goes back again for decreasing. If this continues for a month then i guess we are now ready to go to moon. The question is, do you buy when its still low? If not, you can still buy now.

Dont mix the short term with long term and 20k is very long term and relys on all sorts of outside factors.   I'm going to get boring for mentioning this repeatedly but to price something in dollars and then mention quadrupling the price, you are also referring to the worth of the dollar itself.

If dollar value fell during this appreciation then its going to be far easier as a target.   I'm sure there are many more outside factors besides USD but thats the most obvious, things like capital flows from China or any similar country I think this effects such a large tide change.     Biggest thing never mentioned is time itself as a development and also the block reward and protocol changes, 20k is possible some would say probable but I think just focus on your first stepping stone first.    First area is 4500 to 6000

Increasing of the BTCitcoin's price is normal but you're expecting like an fish to whale. I think it needs a long time to happen not just so quick. Maybe its on the way to the price as mention of the OP. Price will get normally because nothing is impossible with the price of bitcoin.

Technically, it is not true

At least, not in the sense most people think. Indeed, it took long 7 years to get to over 2k if we start counting from  Bitcoin's birth. But after we got there in the summer of 2017 (for those who don't keep track of the dates), we went parabolic (or even exponential) and reached 20k in some 3-4 months. In other words, it may take us no longer from current 4k to an ATH provided there is enough demand as we have already been there and seen that

I think the price increase to reach the price of 20k will not be achieved in the near term, and I think to get profit you don't need to wait for the price to reach 20k, but if you want a big profit at an increase of 20k then you have to be patient.

It's a very small increase and I would rather call it some positive correction. Besides it's very hard to predict yet if this increase will continue or the price will pull back again. And to say at this very moment that the price will go all way up to 20000$ it's exaggerated. Don't rush with conclusions it's too early to say that market started to recover and such high price in this moment looks impossibe.

It all depends on the hype, bitcoin always gets hype periods. Back in the first days when it reached to over 30 dollars it was due to couple hundred of few thousand people interested in bitcoin then a hype happens and there are thousands more interested in it and buying it and that increased the price a lot.

However, the second one in 2014 was dude to us reaching to mainstream media and almost everyone hearing about at least "what bitcoin is" even if they are not interested they at least heard about it in 2014. The latest one was "bitcoin is going up and making everyone rich" and people went into bitcoin and realized they were a bit late and they kept buying bitcoin to go into many altcoins and ICO's to make money. I don't know when the next hype will happen or how it will happen but when that happens it will be pretty quick to reach new ATH prices.

But if look closely it seems the market will maintain its value to continue to increase, indeed there is no need to rush to make conclusions and indeed to reach $20,000 will require a long time. But if the increase continues and returning to $6000 in the near future in my opinion has been a good sign this year with a significant increase.

A price jump of up to 20k will not be quickly achieved, it takes longer because 20k is a high price. The possibility of a pump is there, but don't over-expect it.

The price of 20k is definitely awaited for many, but to touch prices as high as that is not easy for bitcoin, unless there is mass adoption.

Of what price great surge happen last 2017 might impossible to happen again even we have a huge market adoption. However, everyone was in the temperament to bounce up and say holds your breaths it's feeling rise again, neither the mood change nor that happen any time soon. Still anticipating huge gains in 12-20 months from now.

Bitcoin is growing and we expect more favorable pricing in some days to come.  However the market has taking retracement back a little and that is what we called corrections and bitcoin is gathering alot of momentum for future growth and if bitcoin can break $4250 then the next bull run will commence.  Traders are watching before investing and the institutional investors are going to come to the market soonest.

The drop was around $3,800 and that was the support price for bitcoin which is still an actual price for this moment. We haven't seen bitcoin dropped under $3,000 so I can say that we're on the safe haven.

It has increased for a very short time and billions of bucks took out to the market which made the price low again. I don't doubt that the market will increase soon, I'm very sure of it that there will be a reversal but only time can tell when, patience..

it didn't drop below 3000 usd pal in fact it still holding above 3k resistance and looks like it become stagnant again after the small dump. 

there's always a time for it to increase pal wherein even though there are some good new about it around the internet it can't help bitcoin price to recover again easily back to the previous value.  If more people will contribute on it perhaps a good idea so that bitcoin can gradually regain strength to rise again.

I don't think that bitcoin could easily recover that amount though. $20K is a quite high value hence it will take a lot of time in order to reach that. Folk will definitely grateful if it does increase its price even myself, that is the most thing we would want to happen.

People expect a targeted growth to happen, and the same is not possible with bitcoin. The price of bitcoin starts to increase we don't know whether it is continue or not. But we cannot decide the growth of bitcoin with small values. Bitcoin needs to travel long time so don't rush just analyse the market situation according to that we can move. We will wait for more time when the price will slowly and steadily increase.

How many Bitcoin are you even holding that you are expecting its value to just jump to $20000 overnight so that you will be able to make profit. Some people are just too greedy about profit from their little investment to jump to 1000 percent and above profit forgetting that there is a time like the one we are experiencing at the moment.

Bitcoin is going to recover no doubt but to get to $20,000 is what I think may not be possible! The bull run that we witnessed in 2017, came because of the adopting and acceptability that happened that time but now things has changed and people's adoptions has reduced.

My thoughts too,  many people are praying for the miraculously price of $20k. I guess it's because many bought this coin when the price was at that. I know a huge money has been lost there but expecting $20k just like that smells foul.
It's not as if it's not possible but it will make the market to look more like a scam.
Though, if a big event happens that cause a massive adoption and Bitcoin price rise,  then it will be considered as a healthy price increase.

We will see that bitcoin will grow and continue to provide a good increase, even though it looks stable but will not be long there will be changes. I believe that the first thing that we need to focus on, is the number of transactions that happen in the bitcoin chain. If this number is increasing or it is increased significantly then a respective increase in Bitcoin's price is imminent to occur. In my personal opinion this is the main index that will show me if the price is going to go up or down.

when I saw the price reach  $4000, for some time I was very optimistic that I even thought that the price would be above  $4300 for a long time and that we would not see the price fall for  $3800. But we are still on the red line and we do not know when we will see higher prices.

there is no other options left. price has to rise this year, unless you think bitcoin is dead you would agree that we have already had more than a year of drops and we have hit the bottom considering the massive size of the drop.
this year we must at least have a 2x rise (reach $7k at least) and the follow that up with bigger rallies next year to get to $20k and since there is also halving by that time we will see a  new ATH. by the way this has been the trend of past couple of similar bubble-burst-correction-rise roller-coaster.

Small jump and back down again, it looks like the market is still not ready to increase bitcoin at a price of 20k. Stay patient with the expectations you have, bitcoin can certainly do wonders.

Bitcoin may increase but its not immediately to reach 20k. On the other hand, its possible that it will increase maybe next year. But now its slowly increases only. So keep holding bitcoin, because we cant predict if when did this happen, we know already that the price is not stable.

Finally, I get to know the value people term as recovery, because to me, bitcoin already recovered the moment it left the $4k zone, but there are so many people who are still fighting it hard to believe that bitcoin has recovered, now I can see that they are judging the market recovery based on the ATH of the last bull and if they don’t see that value, there will be no record of recovery for them.

Like you said, we are still far from that value because the fundamentals that pushed the coin value to that ATH was not natural, if it were to be natural way of increase the way bitcoin is moving now, then this time is when we should be getting to see the $20k for the first time, but unfortunately, the whales push the future value out too soon. So bitcoin will definitely touched $20k again, but we really need to be patient.

Is good that price increase but also i don't think the price will go to 20k$ soon, for this to happen i think is need a bit more and maybe we can have a new ATH this year if the price continue grow.

There is a chance the bear market have flushed out the most people who thought it would never happen again, the holders wont let go there coins now and the profit takers wanting back inn again.    ATH would be a bit much to count on soon but doable on the long run indeed.
