There is no need to since you are already Jr. Member. The main reason people buy it is to enable images in their posts (which is only for Jr. and above).

It costs 0.00675676 and you can buy it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

Follow the link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote
A unique BTC address will be generated to which you will send in a certain amount of BTC which will too be displayed.
After 1 confirmation, you will revisit the page and you will have an option of wearing a copper member signature.

Advantages considering your current rank:
1. You will be able to wear a signature as that of a member rank

Have you become member ?
when participating in signature campaigns do they consider me a member or a son member??
this depends on the bountymanager, some will accep you as a member some wont.

Why do you want a copper membership account, if it's to join paid signature campaign as you have earlier showed interest Here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5109176.msg49712061#msg49712061) then Buddy, you're painting a picture of a very disparate user wanting to join a paid signature campaign and this isn't a right image to portray.

Since you're already a jnr member and can post images I wouldn't recommend you buy it instead grow your account because looking at your post history (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2536129;sa=showPosts;start=20) I would say earning 10merit won't be easy for your account due to the board you're actively posting in and your style/quality of post. I won't also advise you buy a copper membership because if most quality campaign managers review your post history they will not accept your application.

Therefore don't take a short cut because it might do you no good. Get the experience of earning 10merits (9 more to go) and increase your post quality before thinking of earning from the forum.

Although if you had other intention apart from joining paid signature with copper membership (since I don't know all the privileges of a copper member) then it's ok to buy one

+1 ^

I was Jr. Member when Merit come into picture. Though I am not looking to participate in bounty campaign but I just want to be in Member rank. My search of 10 Merit now yielded 250+ Merit.
So do not think of  shortcut  but instead work for it.

You need to do some reading buddy. You're a Jr member, just as stated below your username.

@ op  posting to earn coin via signature is frowned upon.

I did it for about a year  say 2014 to 2015.

But I have always been a guy that posts on boards on the internet .

So lots of my posts are high quality posts.  many how to build  something posts.

All over the internet on many boards.

From 2003 to 2014 I never did a signature campaign .

I did 2 here and stopped as I thought they were sleazy more often then not.

Try to find a subject on this forum that you like and give real ideas about it.

Being a Jr. Member already, acquiring a Copper Membership will likely not give you hardly any  added benefits, since these are currently:

- Being able to post images (you can already do that as a Jr. Member).

- Bear a signature (you can already do that, although Copper Members get to wear a larger one, as if they were Member ranked, though the real rank remains Jr. Member regardless).

- Being able to PM and bypass the “Allow newbies to send you PMs” flag of other member’s profiles (unfortunately).

- Enhance the number of PMs you can send per hour.

- Not fully sure, but also reduce the waiting time between posts (compared to lower ranks).

- Show-off a title in the profile.

Regardless, @CryptopreneurBrainboss depicts a better path to follow …

If you're feeling generous and would like to support the forum, consider it a donation.

Plus, you have an extra Copper member title as a bragging right :D

If you're feeling generous and would like to support the forum, consider it a donation.

A donation to you not a donation to the forum because from what I read the forum isn't lacking fund and the only fund the forum recognized as donations is the 10BTC special donation and 50BTC VIP donations that can be found Here (https://bitcointalk.org/donate.html).

Plus, you have an extra Copper member title as a bragging right :D

Don't buy just because of this, beside on the forum things worth bragging about are usually earned not bought *wink*

I see nothing wrong on someone who wants to earn money through joining a signature campaign and I cannot judge them based on that sole reason.

The only thing that falls below the line is wether he will spam shitpost or not once he had joined.
