Title: Do you play any blockchain games?
Post by: btc_love on February 22, 2019, 12:01:18 PM
I know that some games are popular now, such as Blockchain Cuties or Glitch Goons. And I want to know who plays these games. Is it possible to profit?

I don't know both game you noticed but i will share some opinions about the profit. Game is actually not focused on the reward of profit. Most of players are playing game for fun, to know if it is profitable or not, we should read about the game rules, game economy.

It's usually not worth it and I wouldn't recommend it but I played Satoshi Dice a few times way back in the day and tried some of the stuff on bitcoin.com. They've done a great job to be fair, but gambling is never worth it.

The only kind of games I like to play in crypto is different airdrops, bounties, contest etc. With minimum or zero investments and some valuable prizes. Everything that makes you pay first and get something later - is not worthy imho.

It's not possible and i never play any blockchain game consider that's less attractive for me personally. I just knew some games like nexiun, databits but none of them have created such an attractive game play.
If you are looking profit from there and that's impossible

I'm not familiar with any of the two you mentioned OP. I looked at blockchain cuties and it's like the popular game before of crypto kitties.

And for that glitch goons, it's a fight game which kinda interesting for those gamers who are playing with same games on arcades. I think I'll try out this glitch goons because it can be played on browser.

Im not a fan of games that claim to provide profit and we are required an amount to pay to play such games which in the end is only profitable for the game developers and not the players as they tend to loose more than winning.

I have never played a game like that, because I prefer to look for free coins on the yobit exchange, which can be claimed after a short period of time, if indeed this game can be profitable then it is worth trying.

I have never even heard of these two games. some games that support the blockchain system usually they have their own tokens to play games on their website.
profit or not depends on the player, if they take part in the tournament and win it becomes its own luck.

After CryptoKitties, I think the game industry has been somewhat disrupted. Nowadays, EOS-based gambling and betting games are on the rise.

Where I can play that games? I don't know that games and I do not have any idea what kind of games it is. Can you explain more about that games so I can try to find it in internet. Lastly, How can I play that games do I need to have internet connection or not?

I personally played blockchain games more than 10 times, I got profits many times, but you shouldn't get involved in such games, there is a big chance to lose your money.

There's pretty good games in the making right now but blockchain is not quite ready to adopt gaming models from the current industries. The most we have right now are static games or collectibles because actual interactive games are difficult to deploy on a blockchain. But even then, right now there's a good one you could check out, it's called exoplanets.

Spells of Genesis is one of my favorites. CryptoSoul is like the crypto league of legends. And there's a fun one in beta right now called plasmadog.

I used to play https://spellsofgenesis.com/   Not sure if you can profit. If you are extremely lucky you could maybe. You could definitely profit when they develop game and they gave rewards to their beta testers.   Oh and by teh way is super fun game.

Never try to play in a casino. There are already several economic games on the blockchain, which may well be profitable. And in the casino, you lose anyway. I had already more than once.

I've been playing Steem Monsters (https://steemmonsters.com/#) for a couple of months now and it's addicting as heck.
After they launched, I joined their Kickstarter campaign and pledged $50, which has made me a profit of around $300.

Aside from using it as an investment, I also play the game itself, which is really fun. Can recommend it to everyone!

Lol, what? Those are not games. Those are just some different bounty programs and air drops are just giveaways. Block chain based games are completely different thing. Try them. I tried some card game thing at steem called steemmonsters. I remember buying some cards haha. Played few rounds when they were in beta. Not sure how they are now. You could give it a try.

I somehow tried to play one game on the blockchain, unfortunately I do not remember the name, which is something related to the knights. I was not satisfied with the donation system and I refused this idea, because it was impossible to play without investments.

I do play on day trade and investment. it is profitable if you know the basic and information of some tokens.

I haven't heard of these games. In fact I don't think I will play any blockchain game unless it appeals to me. Maybe if Fifa or PES integrates blockchain technology into their next game release, I will try it out but for now, none of the games developed on blockchain appeal to me at all

No, I don't play any of the games created with this infrastructure, because such games have never been able to attract my attention and interest. Although from time to time these games are very profitable on a return basis, I think they usually do not touch the time and steal our time. Of course, this thinking will change from person to person, but instead of spending time with this kind of games, I prefer to do analysis, research and investment.

of course It is very safe to participate in Bounty companies, compared to gambling. But if we are talking about Bounty companies that advertise gambling sites or even blockchain-based games, this is really very profitable, since most users of cryptocurrency love to play such games.

Of course I would like to fully explore this issue and understand the advantage of games on the block chain. K It seems that today it is still a novelty, and few users can express their opinion on this issue.

I have actually played a quite number of game on the blockchain, though I played them for reward purpose and not just for the fun of the game. When I discovered that i even spend more in buying data bundles than i earn from playing the game, I had to quit, though it would be good in countries where it isn't expensive to purchase data, or maybe another good reward system will be fair enough.

I do not play game on blockchain yet. But I see big opportunity on exchanging game items on blockchain. Now we have some projects who are trying to implement most famous games items on blockchain. Tokenized game items will have a good future.

I have never played a game that is in crypto. Because the mechanism is the same as gambling. The lucky one is the winner. And I prefer trading that is clear, how can I profit and can do stop loss.

I had ever play this kind of games that giving use reward in a form of coins or point that can be redeemed for coin.
But i think it's not worth the effort if we don't like the game itself, since we can't enjoy the game and what we get is not so much.

It's not a mere game, this is a betting game. So these are games to help participants benefit. But I find that there are very few people who are profitable in such games

I have never played a blockchain game. In my opinion, the results we get are only a few (if there is a reward distribution) And it is not equivalent to the time we spend. So in my opinion, more work on a bounty or airdrop rather than playing a game.

These games are more profitable for game developers than for those who are playing. In most games of this kind, a certain amount of money is required to play, and profit appears rather rarely. Rather than wasting time with such games, you better participate in bounty campaigns because they are more interesting and profit is guaranteed if you choose a good campaign. At the moment, most blockchain games are gambling games where you lose more. In the future there will probably be more tempting games to bring us good profit.

I do not know in detail some blockchain-based games but some of them will provide benefits, I would rather recommend following the bounty because the results are clearly more profitable
