Is it free even if we have zero balance on our wallet? Any videos or intruction , or picture that will help members how to do the prediction, also please remove shorten url and put the real website link to prevent suspicous from people.

I'm also skeptic clicking link shorteners because mostly contains some malware that can be harmful to the visitors. As for the forum rules, yes it isn't allowed to use link shorteners.
