Nash developers asked the NEO community to solve software problems for them. this can be a competitor for binance dex. Nope never read of this exchange only now, maybe because they have not done a bounty campaign only a referral campaign, which is aso good but if you want visibility then advertising in cryptocurrency related sites and doing bounty is a good start. Of course, you must understand that there are quite a lot of exchanges on the market and no one has canceled the competition. But I think that at the moment any exchange should encourage its users.
