The UI is similar to Project Edge automatic trading.
Here's the "how to page" which shows the whole image based from your cropped screenshot: Link (https://projectedge.io/guide/how-to-trade-automatically-with-project-edge/)

However, I don't think that entrusting your cryptos to "automatic trading" is a good idea. Be cautious!

Been trying to find this thing since yesterday and trying to remember or figure it out since its really familiar and here it goes the same image on where OP do ask out maybe someone is suggesting him about
auto trade and gives out that screenshot and op got curios on what it is.(just presuming).

About on the advise i never really entrust any automatic trading on any platform.

Yeah it was project edge - one guy told me about automatic trading bot which can parse signals from the telegram group, and he was refusing to tell me what service he was using.

Most of the trading bot need to buy a subscription or one-time payment. You can try with the other trading bot like Gunbot (the developer is in here), Cryptohopper, CAT (the developer is in here too).
Be careful when you want to use the bot because you don't know where the market wants to moves. And if you do not make the right set up, then I don't think that you can make a profit.
It is still better to use manual trading because you can arrange on how much profit you want to take.
