Hello folks..im really disappointed betting parlay in bitcoinrush.it almost 12hrs since the game finish but then its not yet graded..i know its manual but man its took so long to grade even its only 2 parlays..even its small amount they should process it but not takes so long. Support is not responding in email.pretty slow.
miss some opportunity to some games because of slow grading.

Maybe they just have got technical issues, dont be so strict

I never played in bitcoinrush.io however I played with other few other sites. The parlay should not take that much time to update. There must be some technical errors. You may contact their customer supports if your issue has not resolved yet.

grading for singles used to be slow , but in my last bets grading was kinda instant and never waited for over 10 minutes recently
IDK if there are delays for parlays cause I rarely make ones , but it may has something to do with the stake size cause as I remember it was mentioned that bets under 5 mbtc takes longer to grade

I never encountered this so far, the maximum delay i exprienced was around 5 mins and i think that was because of my internet connection. Surely their support is slow but can you provide ss for us to assess your prob?

This was a technical issue, and was settled first thing this morning.

Mistakes happen, and they get resolved.

I hope that there will be no more problem with the site and for people who withdraw their money, they can receive the money without having to wait for a long time.
But I don't play in those site because I think, it's better to save the bitcoin that I have so I can make a profit than for using it in the gambling.

But after I check the link, the homepage was change, is there any trouble again with the site?

Before defaming a website, you should have proper proofs to back your claim. For me, grading has been pretty instant almost always!

Give them some time, seems they are having some technical issues lately. Not vouching, but I haven't had a problem with them before. As of now, website works perfectly fine for me!

Provide some proof before you accuse someone. Anyways, i didn't hear about that site before. Is there an official announcement thread over here? If there is one, head over there and see if other people are facing the same problem or not. Post your problem on the thread and there is a high chance one of their representatives will see your issue and will prioritize your problem.

bitcoinrush is one of the oldest bitcoin sites ( if not the oldest ) , and it's one of the few trusted bitcoin sportsbooks around

I have never been in bitcoinrush.io but I have seen it already. Parlay is really I think not to consider in every betting site or casino. It is actually a sign of being greedy.

What I do in betting that made me a profitable gambler is that I am keeping the 10 percent of my win and then bet 90%. Win or lose, I still had a 10% profit on my previous bet.
Just repeat the process in every game, casino, sites or so on. 10% is just a little amount of asset but you will notice it and will be shocked by the result if you do it. Sometimes you think that you lose a lot already but once you have checked the savings you had on your 10 percents, you will actually be happy about the result.

That's a good way of gambling, unlike the event making a 10% reserve will let the user have a long rally of gambling. This is really good to avoid the loss, I used to spend half the winning on the consecutive event. If won will place the full amount won. If lost I used to quit it for a while and come back taking some time interval. This will help in overcoming loss than just going random and losing.

You are complaining for waiting 12 hours but think about waiting 3 days like i have(im not talking about bitcoinrush.io,it was a different website)? Its not their fault because im sure they have people in their team that checks and validates bets every hour or faster. Most likely the final result of the match you have placed a bet on was not officialy announced yet and that happens in first leagues on fotball. You probably already noticed the match was over and you were able to see the result but they need official confirmation .

If they have technical issue with there website they should response on email.but anyway my bet is already graded now.

Good to hear that, so please lock the thread or and maybe edit the title as your problem is solved already. Probably because it is weekend so they needs more hours to reply your email.
