This is a fantastic week, we have experienced one of the biggest changes in the world of cryptocurrencies. Price movements change very positively and the majority of coins have changed to the green zone, although there are some that are still in the red zone but when Bitcoin can increase then it can be said as an indicator of global price increases.

It's going to be exciting in the next couple of days and see if bitcoin can sustain its momentous right. Trading volume is lose to 10 million now so if it goes above that barrier I think we're in for a good recovery.

I didn't say that it could be the start of a bull run though, I hope so, but it's early to say. We need more volumes and get past $4500-$5k so that investors will be comfortable and who know, those who chooses to exit will now FOMO and enter the market again, pumping fresh blood and pushing the price even higher.

As mentioned the week is quite promising and the expect the future years to make a big progress. There is no doubt to the fact that the price of bitcoin went down drastically from the height which it attained in the past. The market for some time now, seem to have had its support at the 3k range, which is now climbing upwards. Having the market moving upwards, is a good sign that better days are ahead for the digital coin.

This week is the best week since beginning of 2019 for BTC and it continues to be so. We can achieve better position with 10 million volume. But what I have been seeing is that the price does not show a sudden increase, continues slowly.

Totally agreed with your opinion, the recent upward movement is a welcome development and we wait to see more of the movement. Today the price have been found climbing upward but that might be a bull trap because last week to be precise we all saw that happened before the rise that shifted the price to $4130.

IMHO, what happened with the price before isnt called a bull trap, I considered it a dead cat bounce. Im not sure but a bull trap is similar to a pump and dump activity. What we are experiencing today could be another dead cat bounce, a small run that would settle to a specific price for a while, or this could be the beginning of the bull to be present in the market after a long bearish run.

Well the $3900 might be a bull trap as well, but we have seen the price to be stabilizing and then waking up one day seeing the price going for $4200 (or if may have touched already on some exchanges, most probably). So this is just another test for the overall sentiments of the market again, are we going to $4200-$4500 at the end of the month? Remains to be seen.

After repeatedly testing the $4000 support range, bitcoin finally broke through and surged higher. It may not be time to get excited yet for a bull run. Traders would be having more profits from the market all round as the jump also pulled up alternative currencies.

If you gonna look at the chart of bitcoin price, it is on the rise for past days. Also, the whole market turns green today. Day traders will surely take advantage of the situation. It's very difficult to predict btc price because of many unknown facts.
We have a lot false news and rumors in the btc market, also a lot market speculations.
Big news can help btc price to increase but also bad news may affect the price decrease.
The best strategy always is to buy cheap and sell expensive.

Bitcoin passed 4100$ but at the moment price also pulled back a bit. It's a positive movement but still isn't guarantee of some stable and continuous growth. But it gave optimism to the users and that reflects on the market and investors so let's hope it will initiate further growth. But I would prefere to see some continuous growth rather then some sudden pump.

I wouldn't expect it that way maybe a couple of months Bitcoin will hit $5k, it is just too early to assume that Bitcoin will have a bull run this year. The market is compose of too much expectation again. Yes, the price can still continue to go down, or what so we should not be complacent for bitcoin right now. Really sad to see that the market went down today and actually i was shocked to see the market going down drastically as i never expected this fall, from earlier perspective we should not have seen this fall but the market changed for good after the introduction of future market and i had my miscalculations because of that, there has being massive sell orders in the future market as the month end is nearing and it will not let the market thrive.

People have booked profits at 4100$ and due to which market has fallen a bit back to 3800$. This may be just temporary and might push back again to 5k in coming time unless if more people sell and books profits at 3800$.

At least you have made a prediction of reaching $5000 in two months time. I had a prediction that the price of bitcoin will reach $5000 at the earliest. In specific I predicted that it would be reached by the starting of the upcoming month March. Downfall is steep and now trailing around $3850, once again it takes time to get recovered.

Correct, I was surprised to see the price falls that fast, anyways, we're still in the second month of the year and a lot of things can happen so I wouldn't be surprise to see if in the next couple of days, the price will recover or bounce back to that $4k barrier.

The price didn't last long above $4000,it is now under $3700 the previous price where it was before the current bump so nothing to predict now and hoping for the no more price fall below this level or we get trapped though. :(

Bitcoin price now down to $3700 they decreased more than $400 in just few hours only. Yesterday the price is more than $4100 but suddenly it decreased to the value of that price right now. $5000 prediction will probably happen next month or March  because for now on we need to focus on how the bitcoin back again tot he value of $4000 of what it achieve yesterday we need to get back that price.

Yes it was really good to see the price of BTC was increasing and most of them thought yes its the red line is all set to stop and green is turning on. But again it went down as normally as It was doing before,Its been like a roller-coaster sometimes it pumps and drops again without a reason. To reach $5000 will not occur in a short time because correction will always occur in every pump that occurs, maybe we will see a big change in the following month or in the next two months, I believe the price of bitcoin will still struggle at $3800 - $3900 until the end of this month, and then if the increase keeps happening, maybe the bitcoin price will stagnate around $4000. The growth was really fantastic last week when we board was full of green. Mulitple reasons behind the growth and sudden fall as well. Can not predict any move in the crypto market. But if you look at last 30 days growth trend of major coins, a positive and healthy growth is seen. Hope this trend leads us to see bitcoin with minimum of $4500 by end of next month.

I think the increase in the price of bitcoin to $ 4200 is not so long. I think a lot of people are waiting for that moment so that the price of bitcoin is now back down. well, but I think that is a pretty good sign, that the price of bitcoin might return to high for this year. Though their is a dip in the price and reached to 3800$ which is like 300 - 400$ fall has taken place which might be just for temporary and soon can pick up from here and start rising and cross 5k as well. But good chance to buy again at this rates.

Right now, the price is higher than yesterday although there is a red candle that appears on the market. Soon, it will changes to the green candle, and that means, the price will start to increase, but I am not sure that the price can break more than $4300. I think it still too difficult to break more than $4500 in this month or the next month but we don't know for sure. But we have times to see the price will break the higher price so we will wait and see it later.

But almost entire 2018 (not even speaking of 2017) consisted of such or bigger price action. We have to get rid of bag holders and short term traders/investors looking to secure profits every few % we increase from where we are. If you also take into consideration that the shorts are nearing 10 month lows, there won't be a short squeeze fueling a potential pump either (not that short squeezes are that viable anyway; most of them have been sold down in a matter of days).

My target for this year is breaking $6000 but it will turn out to be the main challenge of this year. Major support levels become major resistance levels once broken.

Though I don't know how you are going to get rid of bagholders if they are most likely going to sell anywhere above 5k specifically because they are bagholders. Simply put, the rumors of them liquidating at so low prices (as of now and below) are greatly exaggerated. This is pretty much an old mantra, stale at spots and times (often times, many spots)

Regarding short-term traders, these are not going anywhere at any price, so you can't possibly get rid of them. I think you may have to learn how to live with them

I think the talks of ETF reviving was the cause of all this, I don't know if thats real or if it will happen but since the USA shutdown is over now (and emergency started for apparently no other reason than Trump wanting to build something again, that was his job before he was president not after he became president but nobody warned him so he wants to build the wall no matter what) and the shutdown being over means SEC can go trough the evaluation period once again.

It doesn't really mean it will be accepted but at least its better than not even being talked about. That is exactly when bitcoin dropped to 3400 levels because ETF was withdrawn but if its really on talks about getting accepted or even rejected is making the price move again. With that ETF I am 100% sure bull will come again.

This is just a temporary pump as the market is unpredictable we cannot expect something good straight away. BTC need to prove its best to see a descent pump after few months. I am not going to believe unless the price will go nearly 6k.

definitely and for sure all pump of bitcoin will be temporary even in the near future IMO.  Which is there's no long season for bull run.  Because bitcoin nowadays always struggling due to some ppl that always pulling the price back especially when it's showing small progress . For me even though 6k is impossible unless if this common reason why bitcoin always experience drastic fluctuations always happened everytime when there's a small progress.

At least today, the price is holding strong at $38++ so that's good news for us. Damn, everyone was very happy to see the price marching towards $42++, unfortunately, it wasn't mean to be so we need to wait. We shouldn't really expect any bull run. And then, when it finally comes, it will be a nice surprise (and a nice catch for some). Jokes aside, we haven't yet crashed to where we started from, and it is a good sign. We are still a little over 50% of that past rally and if Bitcoin manages to keep that ground, it may become a new launching pad eventually. Though, personally, I don't expect any real growth in the coming months as it seems that Bitcoin is no longer in the speculative phase of its life cycle, so don't expect too much from it

Your ideas seems to be fair thinking and that's the best strategy to do now even though weren't seeing bitcoin soaring better. So being fair to other people we should learn how to expect less prepare more often for another random surprises to come. If we're frustrated lately, it doesn't mean giving up after all circumstances behind us. Courage is all we need now and I knew someday we will be lucky, once the marker recovers slightly.

I think that $5k will be achieved in a very short time. Unfortunately, this may not mean anything good. It is very possible that there is another downward wave ahead of us and shortly after a rapid increase of over $5k we will have a very strong drop in price below $3k.

I just hope that it's a small slide down after those long week of green as we have now go down again. Anyway the market is unpredictable and the demand is not that high to continue the rise of price. It's like on a swing: a moment up and then down again. Bitcoin does not and does not go on a path of constant growth. It would be fantastic if the bitcoin already touched the $ 5k limit, but by the end of this month it will not succeed - in my opinion.

Try to look again in the market because it drops again when I see the price of bitcoin increasing I get more positive that bull run are coming but after few days I see the bitcoin drop again that's why I started to lose hope. Sadly, Bitcoin is down again. As per coinmarketcap, $$3,858.20 is it's current price and much to our dismay some analysts thinks that there is a possibility that it will crash to $3000 mark soon. That $4100 level value didn't even last for one whole day.
I opt to believe that we'll see some progress with Bitcoin with the increasing trend of the Lightning Network. I'm looking forward for this crypto to reach the $5000+ level by the last quarter of this year. Nope, it just can't happen. February is about to end within few hours and we haven't seen that price movement up to $5,000 that you have been hoping more. Actually, I'm also hoping for this movement. Yes we must wait for bitcoin price and crypto market but unable to predict when bitcoin price up to 5000$. Now people already left crypto because they think crypto situation going to down and down ,one day it will be zero but i always believe that bitcoin and crypto market back.

The price fell from 20k to 3.8k because the market simply went from a distribution phase to a bearish trend, and now we are in the accumulation phase, that is, this is the best time to buy bitcoin and hold it, that's the difference prices, something that is normal in the market.

It is always in all types of movements, it doesn't mean just because we fell down a bit that bitcoin will go up or it will continue go down. We saw some short jump of Bitcoin price up to 4000$ or even a bit more but now it's again lower, it pulled back to 3700$. So it was just short breath rise which made many think that Bitcoin price is recovering, that maybe might jump all the way to 5000$ or even 6000$. How sure you are with 6k? Do you have any proofs for us to believe in this statement? But I hope we can break more resistance in order for us to harvest our investment in bitcoin. I'm not sure that we can get 6k usd level but I'm really hoping for this.

What's different where we are today though, from where we were 5 months ago when we saw the market in the same lateral patterns, only at more than 50% higher price? That was a huge period of consolidation, according to most observers. The whales were supposedly accumulating and trading channels were almost in tune with each other, ramping up buy signals.

There was far more distance to go up than down, but down it went still. There wasn't even a trap really, it just tapered off and then support gave way suddenly.

As bitcoin took time to break the $4000 tag now the same gets repeated with $4100 as well. Within a week or before the month end we can expect this to happen.

Yes, I think that as in 2017, for the first 9-10 months, we will observe a slow price increase, I think that up to about $6k- $7k, and later in November and December, it is possible that a skyrocketing will be launched.

Certainly the value of Bitcoin has increased a little bit but it should not go back below $4,000. It could at least prove that Bitcoin has the potential to go up and that it's not "dead" after all. It would even be better if he could reach $4,500 at the end of April to show its resistance. Currently it's still a fragile situation.

The good news, we still at $4000 level but I don't know what will happen in this week, but I don't hope that the price will down less than $4000.

Prices rise slowly because there was no shocking news that made a sudden pump, but that didn't matter, as long as prices rose and

That is a shortterm prediction, and bitcoin is testing $4,100 for some time already. For me as a longterm trader, this price suits a lot, I think bitcoin price made a nice move from $3,500 where it was since beginning of this year to $4,000, and we are on this price for some time. I like this steady grow, if we can call it like that with so many fluctuations.

Bitcoin has shown evidence that prices will rise and today has reached USD 5450, I'm sure it will continue to increase because the level of trust in bitcoin is high.

It has really made some of the crypto investors happy as Btc is now increasing.
There are many factors which increases its price.
The main is when more people invests jn bitcoin and therefore the price rises.
Hope BTC will again touch the sky soon so that i will be able to sell my coins at a comparatively higher price.

Now its been happening which is bitcoin reach $5k plus there is quite drop fluctuations, but I believed it will stabilize and continue to rise like a skyrocket. We all just wait keep patience, particularly for those still holding this coin and you will earn a huge profits soon.

That's only happen for a couple of months and the predictions already being touched, what next to believers and supporters, maybe reaching $7k for another couples of months for much higher rise, we are not sure what will happen next but it's best to see more new investors to ride with this investment currency to bring more value to this coin, keep believing and enjoy the current stats.

We have really see significant progress in bitcoin pricing since it breaks $4000 trading area and for those that were able to buy then I do believe that they are now in serious profits now.  However,  when there is a great uncertainty it is difficult to invest especially if you are not a risk taking type.

As of today Bitcoin is now been exceeded the 4100$ and it is currently around 5000$. I expect it will have promising price in the next few months hence, we should keep stay put and keep hold our assets, this could be a sign that bitcoin is near to gain back what it loss.

And now bitcoin is over 5100$ and i think the grow will continue all over the year even if we will have some drop but i don't think we will have so much down as on 2018 happen and i think a bull run will come before halving.

For several days there has always been a significant price change. Bitcoin prices are increasing and decreasing so fast, I have not noticed whether there is negative news or not. what we need to do at the moment is be patient and calm, don't let us experience panic because when more people sell bitcoin the price will decrease.

Yes, they are in serious profit, but it is nothing compared to the profit they will reap in some years’ time when they continue to hold, this is the mistake that I see people do make, they get carried away by these little profit now and sell off their shares in the Bitcoin, which they end up regretting later when they finally see the highest value bitcoin gets to later in future.

As at the moment, Bitcoin price has move higher than what you expected and we are withnessing a decline in its value since the beginning of this weekend and I do hope that the price will peak up again by next week hopefully.

Bitcoin has reached $5800 this week and the it will break the 6k barrier this month. Bitcoin is increasing slowly but steadily and chances of buying btc at cheap price like 3k-4k is very very slim, about 1-2%, imo.

Lol we're going $6,000 already and looking growing again as we have been on the uptrend this whole april and early may if this continues growing well we are being closer to $10,000 price this end of the year
